The hotel

Windsor at Westside resort is based in the Kissimee and Davenport area - a short drive to the adrenaline-filled theme parks, and outlet malls. With a load of activities for all the family, you'll be spoilt for choice, even if you decide to have a day of relaxing. There's swimming pools (including your own private one if you’ve booked a villa!), waterslides, a lazy river, or a range of sports courts to run off steam. And when you want to be whizzing round those theme park rides, jump in your car and you’ll be there in no time. The well-equipped homes offer great comfort away from your own home, and offer plenty of space to cook up a storm for an evening in, in front of the TV. Alternatively, head to the clubhouse for a bite to eat or a drink by the fire after a busy day.

Where is it

In the Kissimmee and Davenport area. A short drive from Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios, and outlet malls. Distance from Orlando Airport: 30 miles. Distance from Tampa Airport: 72 miles.

Hotel information

A range of townhouses and villas, all with air-conditioning, living/dining room, at least one cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, private plunge pool or full-sized pool, and complimentary WiFi access. Some villas include a games room (usually the garage) and some feature a whirlpool attached to the swimming pool. Many larger homes feature a Cinema Theatre Room with a big screen TV.

Please note: Townhouses feature a small splash pool, whereas villas feature a private screened pool. Townhouses are not fully detached properties and are smaller in size.

Four bedroom townhouses sleep maximum 8 people. 


Five bedroom townhouses sleep maximum 10 people.

Six bedroom villas sleep maximum 12 people.

Seven bedroom villas sleep maximum 14 people.

Eight bedroom villas sleep maximum 16 people.

Please note: Swimming pools can be heated during the winter months for an additional charge, which can be pre-booked and paid prior to departure from the UK. Most pool heaters run 8-10 hours per day and will maintain a water temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the outside air temperature. Pool heat may take up to 48 hours to heat up to a higher temperature.
