The cast member came to find us in the food court to let us know our rooms were ready. Couldn’t have asked for anything more Rooms in Aruba as requested when booked with Disney UK. Loved the Aruba Village area, so close to the Skyliner and Riviera Hotel for extra food options Village pool was very quiet in a morning so could have a good swim. Laundry close by and very reasonable Rooms good, liked the sliding screen that made the wash area more private Fresh towels every other day and rubbish collected Loved the Centre Town market and food court for its quick service via mobile ordering Eating at the Riviera was a lovely change So many reviews say that this is a huge resort. I found it was just right, not too far from anywhere. The walk around the top lake is 1.38 miles - done every morning before breakfast Didn’t use the Disney Transportation as I hate the buses and waiting for them. The Skyliner provided great transport to Epcot and Hollywood Studios with no queuing so only had to use the car for Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom This is a lovely peaceful resort with great theming A lovely contrast to the horrendously busy parks. To be perfectly honest I could quite happily spend my whole vacation in the Resort and not go to the Parks Read less

First I will start with the negatives. Check in was supposed to be 3pm, however we didn’t receive our room until after 4:30pm. First I will start with the negatives. Check in was supposed to be 3pm, however we didn’t receive our room until after 4:30pm. We were traveling with my in laws and had requested connecting rooms, we had also paid extra for a preferred room. My in laws received a notice that their room was ready in Martinique, but we hadn’t received any information about our room. I decided to go to the desk in the lobby to inquire about our room. There was a long line at the desk, with 3 ppl working and 1 concierge. 2 of the check in cast members were busy with guests. The 3rd (Rachel from Anderson, SC) was playing with 2 children. The guests in front of me asked this girl a question, she was annoyed but answered them. I proceeded to go up to the counter and ask Rachel if she could help me, she was annoyed and angry. She kept talking over me as I asked questions about our room. We were in Bermuda while my in laws were in Martinique..I asked her if she could please help put us in Martinique also. She reluctantly called someone and got us a room close to my in laws, but not connecting. She was horrible. She should NOT be in customer service. Next, housekeeping was non existent, they only emptied the trash cans…did NOT replenish towels or anything else. I feel like they could do more at this point in the pandemic. The positives were that the cast members were helpful and polite (except for Rachel from Anderson, SC). The room was very clean upon arrival, shower water pressure was amazing as usual for a Disney resort. The pool was amazing, lifeguards were great with the kids! Banana Cabana had delicious drinks, the Centertown Market food was great despite what others say on here. They have healthy options, the fish tacos were really good. The skyliner was an absolute plus with staying at CBR. The best way to travel around Disney! We were within walking distance to the Riviera, able to use their restaurants and quick service as well. The bus system was okay, preferred the skyliner but we didn’t wait too long for a bus or to get back to our room at the end of the night. I would stay at CBR again, as long as they bring back housekeeping! Read less

Love CBR. Stayed in Aruba which is a great location. Short walk to the bridge which takes you to the main area, or a short walk to the Riviera skyliner stop. At night can see Epcot fireworks. Pool slide is amazing. Tons of kids so great for families. Room is a good size. It's been awhile since it has been updated and it could use a refresh. Plugs… Read more

Pool slide is amazing. Tons of kids so great for families. Room is a good size. It's been awhile since it has been updated and it could use a refresh. Plugs by the bed did not work. Carpet and decor looks worn out. But still very comfortable. If Disney did update, two things I would love to see: 1) Adirondack chairs on the shared balcony/patio area for some outside seating. 2) more food choices. Everything is pizza, Mac n cheese type food. Good for kids but nothing healthy. Would stay here again and again. CBR and WL are my two favorite places to stay at Disney. We are currently at YC, which you would guess would be better, but it's not. Wishing we just stayed the whole trip at CBR. Read less

The Skyliner hub made traveling to Hollywood Studios and Epcot a breeze and we drove to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom in less than 10 mins, though busses at the resort seemed very frequent. We just preferred to have the option of our own vehicle but would use the bus if we didn’t have it with us. Sebastian’s Bistro was DELICIOUS for dinner and the pools were great! Warning though-the fridge in the room is really just a “cooler” so it doesn’t get super cold. Only downside we found. Overall we would stay here again just for the ease of park transportation! 2 weeks in paradise. First time staying here (usually stay at POFQ) and can’t wait to return. Request for Aruba at booking was granted. Ideally situated for the Skyliner, small pool and Riviera Hotel for coffee and choice of dining. The Skyliner is definitely an advantage to get to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. We used our hire car to get to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom as I don’t like the resort buses. We never had wait for the Skyliner. I personally don’t think this resort is massive I walked round the lake every morning before breakfast , it was so beautiful and peaceful. Lovely to watch EPCOT fireworks at night from the beach. The food at Centretown Market was what to be expected at a quick service moderate Disney Hotel. The mobile ordering was very useful - order before leaving room, say arrived when half way there, it’s ready when you arrive. Small pool and laundry at every village Deep enough for a good swim. Nice gift shop and very helpful cast members at check-in and throughout stay. We arrived at 6pm and our room was not ready. Given credit for a full meal while we waited. Although it stated housekeeping would be every 3-4 days, we had towels changed and rubbish removed every other day. More than enough towels in the room A lovely resort with a great Caribbean atmosphere Read less
