We spent a week here, one bedroom Villa thru RCI exchange. First time we stayed at Disney Deluxe resorts, very convenient, free airport transfers, and most especially the Theme parks transportation which made our theme park hopping very easy! We also had some groceries delivered to us (stored by the Bell Services) for quick breakfast meals and snacks/water. Perks of staying on a Disney Resort property is extra magic hours, so take advantage of that!!! It was my kids birthday and they gave her a pin, and bday call from Goofy. Wish we had ordered a cake ahead of time but they have some cupcake goodies in the Artist Palate Store that we bought. We love the resort, although there was some worm that came out by the carpet, not sure if it was from spraying insecticides because it has a golf course area. Overall it was a pleasant experience and hopefully we will be back again! Read less

We stayed in a very spacious 2 bedroom suite, and we were very impressed with all the accommodations and everything that was included in our room, transportation to get around within the Disney area was by buses and seemed very easy. Our room was packed with all necessary items such as washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, ironing board and iron, etc. The bathrooms were very spacious and the jacuzzi tub was a bonus. This resort hotel is extremely large and very spread out, you need transportation within the resort to get around, internal buses are provided. Our room was fortunately located close by to the main lobby and a pool and we were within walking distance to a bus station. I believe there’s 5 different bus stops within the resort. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was the standard Disney quick service meals, it was just okay. The croissants and fresh backed goods were delicious, the eggs on the other hand were mostly like egg beaters and not my favorite although the potatoes were good. And the mickey waffles were okay too. I would stay at Saratoga again, we were happy. Read less

Yes, request just a request but been at this resort multiple times--usually we book a yearly 7 night stay each summer. We enjoy the Paddocks--well prefer Congress Park but few years ago designated that preferred. So, been enjoying Paddocks--especially the first two buildings--close walk over to Disney Springs. So, requested closer end to Disney Springs. Upon check in we were told we would be on first floor room in second building--he had a ready room but opposite end near guards gate. So, we chose to wait by pool. Four o'clock came --no word. We called front desk and were assigned that same room near guards gate. We called for room change and they told us they would call back but no call came--so we went to dinner and stopped by front desk. Lady never hearing what i was asking blurted we can't change RCI reservations. we asked for room change not a category change. I asked for supervisor --after long talk between two--he came and asked what did i need? were the two just over discussing. I said i want a room change to where i requested. In which in found a room in first building. so another thirty minutes at the desk. We went back and cleared items from initial room to move. so, exactly what we requested. Now my magic band doesn't work--i guess another trip back to front desk. Read less
