The new rooms are wonderfully decorated- however in our particular room we did not have the 5th sleeper underneath the TV and staff was completely unaware of it but offered us a blow up mattress but who really wants to blow that thing up nightly after being in the parks all day? My son was talking about the 5th sleeper all year long and was so upset when he did not get to enjoy it.. and we where bummed for him.. We had lots of maintenance issues during the week and on our last day our water to the building was shut off for over 4 hours.. and with a baby , cleaning bottles and unable to flush the toilet with a room of 5 people was not sanitary by any means... the hotel offered us to use the carriage house bathroom- Really ? but we paid to have a toilet in our room and use our room kitchen , and bathroom ... Management gave us 1 nights worth back but I honestly feel that's not enough. Our last day was wasted due to no water and the constant walking back and fourth to the carriage house was extremely difficult with 3 children... waiting on a golf cart to take you over was well over a 30 min wait.. James was helpful on our last day , Ernesto was amazing ... our family paid thousands for this trip and the constant issues made this trip not magical for us at all. I cried on our last day because I was so upset- Hoping on a better resolution from Disney in regards to this matter.. maybe magic will find its way back to our family, Grounds are beautiful , Mobile ordering was on point and the gift shop was beautiful as always. We loved our time at Saratoga Springs. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are top notch! We prefer the other Disney resorts because this one is too large for us, but you can’t go wrong! We can’t wait to visit again!

I typically love Disney and think it is worth whatever they charge me due to their customer service and the fun for the family. Every other stay we’ve had has been magical. We knew that COVID created some restrictions, and has likely significantly impacted Disney’s income, but the staff was the most unfriendly I’ve run into in while. Could have been the masks keep you from feeling that Disney friendliness but most of the time it was like they couldn’t be bothered. You have to keep your mask on 100% of the time if not eating or in your room. They’ve turned the “Cast” at the parks and at the hotel into police. Put your mask on, pull your mask up, go that way, you can’t enter here, order online first, you can’t sit there, you can’t move chairs. No one showed us where to go. The buses can only handle half capacity so we waiting for everything. I know these are mandates for now, but it’s not worth the expense, in my opinion, until they are able to lift the restrictions. The Magic is there, but it’s restricted and a little tarnished. I miss you Disney. Hope the CDC lets you get back to doing what you do best soon. Read less

Great location! Our one bedroom was in like new condition due to a recent renovation. While smaller in square footage than most, the design was professionally efficient. Being a one bath unit, Disney split the bath to allow maximum use and privacy if more than two are in your party. The DEEP tub allows true luxury bathing for one. Read less

We were also just a short walk to the main lobby, the pool and the restaurants. The walk to Disney springs was about 10 minutes. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Read less
