Disney Saratoga Springs is the least desirable of the so called luxury resorts. Place is really spread out and very, very quiet. Few amenities for food and drink. Pools are OK. If you want a easy place to get into from RCI then Saratoga Springs is your place

Poor service. No telephone service. No cart service to take your luggage back to main lobby to check out. I flagged down a cart, it was a big deal for her to let ME put my luggage in her cart and drive me to bus depot to leave. The food court serves high calorie and high priced garbage. Unless you like mayo served with a side of mayo. Main pool too far. I was placed in a building nearest Disney Springs. That’s quite a walk people in 90 + degree weather. The boat comes once in a blue moon nearest to lobby. Staff smirking when I told them about the problems. I’ve been treated more kindly in third world countries with minimal resources. Disney shame on you. Shame on your inflated prices too. These are families coming to you. I’ve been a timeshare holder for a long time. This one is a minus score. If you don’t travel much, you may think this is luxury. It is not. It’s fluff. I’d rather stay in a plain clean room with all facilities easily accessible. Read less

Horse Themed Resort and Spa. With the horse and buggy outside the lobby and several themed pools with two of them offering state-of-art-slides, this resort and Spa is well worth the stay. A huge acreages of land reaching all the way to Disney springs via boat ride, while seeing an excellent golf-course as you float along. The themed restaurant opens at five P.M. and is well worth the wait. The restaurant is called “The Turf Club!” Lunch is served near the lobby and at the Paddock pool. You will have to ride a trolly to your room if you require a bell person. Night time pool parties and movies with roasted marshmallows will spread memories for a lifetime. Bike trails to Tree Top Village and so much more - including a full featured gym and full spa services. Read less

We have been to Disney World hundreds of times due to being annual pass holders for years. However, we had never stayed at Saratoga Springs until 2 weeks ago. It is a beautiful place overlooking Disney Springs. The condo we stayed in was a 2 bedroom and the beds and pillows were wonderful. The bathroom was incredible with the best bathtub that I have ever encountered. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, etc. The only drawback was some of the dishes were dirty, like lipstick on the glasses, old food on the plates, etc. That was kind of gross but I washed them and it was all good. This is the kind of place you expect when you go to Disney. Friendly staff, nice rooms and amenities (food, souvenirs). The grounds are also very spacious, good for a nice early morning walk around the lake before you set out to one of the parks. Do take advantage of the shuttle bus service. Makes getting back and forth so very easy.
