My husband, son (5 years old) and I stayed at the Saratoga Springs for 4 days in June 2021. We have stayed at the Saratoga Springs many times before, and were excited to come back after its major renovation. We opted for a preferred room, which got us a room in Congress Park, since we wanted to be near Disney Springs. This location can't be beat! We found ourselves walking across the bridge to Disney Springs almost every night, and found the walk to be enjoyable and convenient. Room: We loved the updated rooms, especially the vinyl flooring that Disney has used in all of its recent updates/builds, which makes keeping things clean much easier. We stayed in a 1-bedroom villa and found it to be more than enough space for the three of us. Our 5yo son slept on the Murphy bed under the television and it was perfect for him. We could have easily had additional kids/teenagers in the room and it wouldn't feel cramped. One of our favorite things about 1-bedroom deluxe rooms is the whirlpool tubs--sadly Saratoga no longer has these. Although, the deep soaking tub was nice after a long day of walking, it definitely didn't carry the same excitement for us. The fixtures and decor was updated and fresh, although we started to see the wear and tear in our room, which was a little disappointing (i.e. scuffs on the walls, peeling paint, etc.). Transportation: We drove to Disney, so we had access to our car, and decided to drive to the parks. I can't speak to their efficiency or frequency, but found driving to be easy and quick for us. We opted to pay for preferred parking, which we got at 50% the normal rate because we are annual pass holders. This mode of transportation dropped us off closer than the buses, which was great when we wanted a quick reprieve from the hot summer sun. Check-in: This process was painless and well managed. Like trips before this one, we checked in ahead of time through the app. The Covid processes that the resorts have kept for retrieving your room assignment and getting in were well executed--I received a text message and could directly to my room, which meant I didn't need to do the traditional "check-in" process at the front desk. We found that we didn't really have a need to go to the front desk during our vacation, which was nice. Overall, we loved the new and updated Saratoga Springs and are already planning to go back in the fall! Read less

This is our 3rd time at Saratoga Springs in the past 6 years. Perfect location if you want to go off-Disney, and even better if you stay on Property. The updated rooms were very nice. There was a little construction, but it was no problem.

We checked in without hassle. We were given a poolside room overlooking the kiddie pool at the Paddock section in building 55. There is also a larger pool in the Paddocks and both have waterslides. We were also very close to a bus stop. We were in an updated unit. It is my understanding that all units have been updated except the Carousal which they are working on now. We had a 1 bedroom unit that had a washer and dryer. There is a Queen bed that pulls out from the wall as well as a single that pulls out as well. All mattresses are regular size and comfy. kitchen was nicely equipped. This was a super clean unit and I am very picky. We enjoyed our balcony most evenings as we overlooked the pool. There is a beverage refill station and grill area that serves sandwiches. I would recommend paying the $19 for the mugs because you can refill as much as you want and this is a huge plus if you have teens. I would stay here again and highly recommend. Read less

We had a BEAUTIFULLY renovated studio room - preferred location in the Congress Park section. Our balcony overlooked Disney Springs. The room was immaculately cleaned and exceed our expectations. The bus stations were conveniently located, you can use the "My Disney Experience" App to check wait times. Wanted to shout out to ERNESTO with bell services. He went OUT OF HIS WAY to care for our family and it was greatly appreciated. We would absolutely return to Saratoga Springs Read less

Room was very clean, kind of a weird layout and not enough comfortable seating for 6 people, but location, location, location!! We were feet away from the bus pickup and the wonderful perfect pool was right around the corner. Walking to Disney Springs was not that far, wish the boats were running though. The staff was excellent. My only little teeny tiny complaint has nothing to do with the resort, it was having to go everywhere by bus with two kiddo's. By the end of the stay we had down pat closing the stroller, slapping masks on and heaving all our stuff on the bus! Wonderful stay at a beautiful resort. Read less
