The island is simply stunning but what we couldn’t assess before coming was the service you would receive. I can tell you the staff are outstanding. Nothing was ever an issue, they would always go out of their way to keep us happy and were all very welcoming and attentive. I don’t have anything bad to say about the whole experience. The atmosphere on the island is very relaxed and the whole design and layout are perfection. Just loved the whole place. Plus don’t miss the White Party on the Friday night!! DJ was great and lovely to get a chance to chat with the senior management and tell them how wonderful the team are!! Read less

We travelled to Finolhu for our Honey Moon and totally loved it! We loved not only seeing turtles, reef sharks (not dangerous for people) , and manta rays but also service and attitude of kind people who work there! Definitely recommend for vacation and relaxation trips! ☀️😎🧘‍♂️

This resort is expensive but well worth it we felt. The people in the resort were amazing. We chose just bed & breakfast package which worked well with a baby since we made us of on-demand in-villa dining. All inclusive packages doesn't do home delivery. We stayed in ocean pool villa (5 nights) and beach pool villa (2 nights). ocean pool villa was amazing with a lot of breeze and more private. While sending us back, the team came all the way till the immigration and made sure we don't have any hiccups during our departure. The resort has a concept of finolhu dollars by which you can get some discount on the activities. For 7 nights we ended up spending close to 12K USD (9k for stay and 3k for activities). There is a shutterfish photographer inside. Just within 1 hour, he took amazing photos. Nafro from Art classes were great. Kids club baby sitters were helpful. Raquel and one more snorkeling person in Diving center was super nice. We had a bit anxiety during scuba diving training and I felt the trainer could have been more helpful though he did try to get us better. Whatever you ask for the baby they were trying to help the most. Be it food or anything. There is a clinic also inside for any emergency. Zero mosquitoes in the resort which was a surprise to us. Overall this trip has beaten all our past trips to swiz, france. Read less

This island is the closest I’ve come to paradise. The staff are really attentive and friendly and the views are sublime. We stayed in a Lagoon Villa which was absolutely beautiful which benefits from the sunrise in the morning - stunning! We ate at all the restaurants and our particular favourite was seafood night at the buffet (it changes every night) and lunch at the crab shack (coconut prawns) and Kanusan which betters any Japanese restaurant we’ve been too. I’ve dived all over the world and my best aquatic experience I’ve taken part in was the trip to see the manta rays. All the staff are super friendly however special mentions to the to our house keeper Shahid (the romantic bath and the bed displays were amazing) the dive team of Thiago, Dan & Shaf, Milo & Anastasia at Kanusan & Masru and latheef at Crab Shack. If there is one fault and I am picking at straws here it’s the service for Tea and coffee in the morning at breakfast. Some days we were asked and it turned up after we’d finished other days it didn’t turn up and some days we weren’t asked at all and had to try and find someone. Overall an amazing trip / experience. Thank you Finolhu for such an amazing honeymoon 🙏 Read less
