Don't forget to add in the fees this hotel charges. Nightly rate is fine, but add in this nonsense for the full picture. No thanks, Harvey. The remodeled rooms look like they are lovely as do the views, but my goodness, why do this fee nonsense? Just add it to the room.

My wheelchair bound adult son and I had an outstanding dinner on June 22, 2022, at HELL'S KITCHEN, after dinner was a DISASTER... He excused himself to use the restroom and wheeled himself to the elevator, then down a long hallway to get to the men's restroom. When he arrived at the men's handicap stall it had a sign that read "OUT OF ORDER". No attendant or phone to call for assistance. It was horrible. Needless to say, he had an accident, which was embarrassing and humiliating. Harvey's Lake Tahoe management and its parent company should be ashamed of themselves. I tried calling for over a week, only to be ignored by Mary Griego and the entire RISK MANAGEMENT team. However, I did receive some compassionate feedback from Deputy District Attorney Roger Miles and the Dept. of Justice Civil Rights Division; with whom I filed a complaint with. While Harvey's Lake Tahoe and their parent company continue to ignore little ol' me...I proceed to educate myself about the repercussions of violating ADA civil rights violations. Read less

Been going to Harvey’s since I was a kid. Didn’t get to stay here this visit but can’t wait on my next visit. By far the best place to have fun in South Lake Tahoe and rooms have the best views of Lake Tahoe.

As usual I booked a luxury room as I have enjoyed my stay before. Upon arrival there was no one at front desk to assist, used self check in. When to the room & noticed no microwave & lights was flickering. Called front desk for assistance thrice & no one answered, walked out to front desk & no one was there. Went to use pool & it was closed. Was told to go across the street & use the pool at Lake Tahoe resort instead. Each time I tried to get assistance from front desk no one was available. This little things can make our stay pleasurable but won’t be coming back here. Have always enjoyed my stay but this trip was for Father’s day & my poor husband was running around trying to sort things out that was problematic in our room. Read less
