It was fine. Need more $10 black jack tables. The sports book could be open longer. Cabo Wabo tables could be open. Why is there paid parking -- this seems like you are taking advantage of customers and making a money grab.

My husband and I went to Harrah's to purchase show tickets. The box office was closed and an employee came up to us and asked if he could assist us and we told him what we were trying to do. He explained that Harrahs and Harveys were a joint entity and said we could go through the tunnel under the street to Harveys and purchase tickets for Harrahs. He should us the tunnel and when we reached the other side another employee should us where to go. The box office person was very helpful and we were able to purchase the tickets we wanted. What started off as a frustrating experience turned into a fun adventure and conversations with very nice helpful people. Read less

The resort is nice, but the room we were in needed remodeling pretty badly. I liked that we could walk between Harvey’s & Harrah’s using a tunnel that connected the two, without having to outside of the building, especially if it were cold.

The party is always the party and gambling is 5 star. The Sage Room has moved upstairs to the 19th Floor. View is spectacular but the restaurant has lost the ambiance of a dark smokie steakhouse. The food is still spectacular

Smokey, Old, Dilapidated, Rude Employees, Disgusting rooms, Rom attendants who steal your change, like living in hell. They think they can rely on the same old being the only game in town, but that has changed. They will never make way for a nice experience with this sort of attitudes
