No valet parking. You go across a dark lot to a dark parking garage, which you pay to park in unless you have a room key. No personalized check in. The only employee at the front desk directed me to a kiosk. Forget about giving a floor or location preference: he said the room are already pre-programmed and not changeable. Lucky me, I got to be across from the elevator. No housekeeping service, at all, unless requested. No coffee in the rooms unlike previous visits. Bring your money and wait in line at the downstairs Starbucks, which doesn't honor Starbucks rewards. No food or drink service anymore at the pool, even by phone. Restaurants, mostly closed. The top floor steakhouse was closed the 2 days we stayed. So what are you paying for in the resort fee? The supervisor at the front desk said the wifi internet and pool. I could have lived without the wifi and used cell service instead, but you aren't given the choice. The supervisor refused to adjust this charge, even partially. They will charge you $28.50 a night resort fee (even though the room card states $25. Our 2 night stay was $83.52 extra in fees and taxes alone. I frequent Caesars properties, but not anymore. Not only are they saving money not hiring the extra help, but they're having you pay a ridiculous charge despite an absolute lack of service. Read less

The service was excellent. The staff gives people the royal treatment, I greatly appreciated it. Sage restaurant was amazing and a definite must do. I never had to go to a bar for a drink, the wait staff was fast every time.

Always a great stay! It was a quick up and back trip with my son to get away from covid boredom. Check in was warm and friendly. Room was spotless as usual. LOVED checking out with the TV remote! No fire damage was visible on the valley floor.....only along hiway 50. The lake area still looks pristine. THANKS TO THE HERO FIREFIGHTERS!!!

We arrived at almost 5pm after a 7 hour drive with a 7 month old grumpy baby only to find out that our room wasn't ready for us. The front desk staff was apologetic and said it shouldn't be more than 30 minutes to an hour. After multiple check in attempts our room was finally ready at almost 7pm. That's 3 hours after check in time. They gave me a $50 dollar dinner credit and took off my resort fee. I was just ready to get in to my room. Walking in the room I noticed things were still a little dusty and there was dirty napkins crumbled by the bed and urine on the toilet seat. At this point I was so frustrated and exhausted I just cleaned things myself and was happy the bed was atleast clean. I was a little surprised by the gapping hole around the fire sprinkler in the bathroom and the cracking and peeling on the dresser as these are supposed to be recently renovated rooms. The next day I asked for extra towels and sheets only to be brought a big stack of pillowcases. The last morning I'm looking over my bill and see that they charged me $14 for internet which should have been a part of my comped resort fees. So I had to go down and clear that up again with the front desk. All around it wasn't a horrible stay but there was a lot of inconveniences. Also I would not bother spending extra for the view room. We stayed in a luxury room with no view on or last trip and the room was nicer and $20 less a night. Read less
