I have been coming annually for 8 years. We have appreciated the VIP club & Scott the bartender that creates such a private party atmosphere. I get the best information of current promotions to take advantage of. Arte's party is a Karaoke spectacular. Great entertainment.

Our issue was that the property is very old. The air we breath was awful. Stale. Nasty. Thick. We could not breath well. We sat at the American Bar to play for a while. That area stunk of stale old beer. Bad odor.

Everyone treated me with friendliness and respect and satisfied all my needs. The golf tourney was so much fun as I sat in the vip section with all the food and drinks I wanted and the service and friendliness was just the best. I can't wait to go to the concert next month.

Harvey's is now charging for parking. You drive in and are greeted with a sign" $40.00 for valet and $20.00 for self parking". They are even charging the hotel guest. Harvey's was one of Tahoe's best hotels but in my opinion has stooped to new lows.

Excellent computer check in. Rooms are large in Lake tower Valet was quick but overpriced for hotel guests. The casino was average. Bar service very good. Public restrooms are a little tired. The Sage room steak house is one of the best in the country
