The Hyatt location is perfect and now with bike rental right at property now you can easily get to sand harbor for an easy beautiful ride. No stress. The housekeeping staff does a fantastic job! The Casino staff go above and beyond! We really enjoy our stay and do this often. It has always been our go too. Like everywhere else in the US now the limited hours of the spa thurs-sunday and shorten hours due to staffing makes it difficult to use. We really really miss the regency club! The grounds are beautiful! Hotel room is seeing wear over the years but still nice. The rooms lack a full length mirror and a bathroom fan. The only really major issue is the gouging parking charge on top of the resort fee for their guests. It is now $29 per day which again recently increased another $3 per day since April. We really love the Hyatt Tahoe and its staff! Read less

We enjoyed our stay in a corner unit. Nice size room with beautiful views. Double shower. I was surprised the night stands didn't have charging stations built into lamps, but alarm clock on one side did allow charging directly on top of clock. It was still a bit cold and windy when we were here, so we didn't walk around the grounds as much as we… Read more

I was recently here for a weekend convention and found the hotel to be very nice. Traveling without children and with a busy agenda for the weekend, I found the clean, well-serviced, friendly and well-attended hotel to be more than satisfactory. The attached restaurant had an excellent bar menu, where I enjoyed a burger and a drink with my colleagues and there was a cafe on site with coffee and a small selection of breakfast and lunch items which proved very convenient throughout my stay. The small casino was fun and lively. Read less

Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel has a great location with just a short walk to the beach. It is a short drive to Incline Village with great restaurants and a few cute gift shops. The staff in the casino are also friendly. If you have the time take a 45 minute drive over to Virginia City for a few hours of fun shopping and dining.
