Captain RJ and Blake took my twins parasailing out of The Hyatt Incline Village. My boys loved it, and RJ and Blake were awesome. Highly recommend this for great views of the lake!! The service was great!

We LOVE the Hyatt Incline! The beach is fabulous and the entire property is great for families - from the pool to the fire pits and all the activities in between. So we were really excited that it was open and we could get away to relax...only there was a huge issue. While most of the restaurants were closed (understandable) and there were limited chairs at the beach and pool (again understandable) - the hotel was completely booked! It was packed so you couldn't really do much since they allowed all the rooms to fill up but don't have the amenities yet open to support that many people. It was ridiculous. I am excited to go back another time when the restrictions are lifted and there is enough space for everyone to enjoy their vacation...unfortunately, at this point, they are being irresponsible by not limiting capacity at the resort. The hotel was a nice reprieve from the SIP. However, we noticed a distinct difference in how guests are greeted at the front desk. I was in Tahoe for work so on a government rate. I don't think though that I should be made to feel less than when I arrive. The man at the front desk could have cared less about us - but was so excited when someone… Read more

I don't think though that I should be made to feel less than when I arrive. The man at the front desk could have cared less about us - but was so excited when someone else arrived behind us and gave them champagne - while we were still checking in. It was awkward. In my normal life, I would perhaps be in a nicer room, but please hide that from the guests. We couldn't get shampoo or conditioner replaced until we went to the front desk and we could NOT figure out how to manage the beach area, so we just left. Know that these times are weird. Read less

The positives: The amenities are spectacular. The staff is superb - kind and excellent, enjoyable people across the board. They did as good as they could regarding social distancing and making things pleasant and gave it a great vibe. We will definitely come here again. The pool is great - can't comment enough about how great the staff is from check-in throughout the stay. The negatives: I had a few things on my bill that were not from us (we were charged drinks at the beach where we had none - wife is pregnant so we weren't drinking - I had to call in as we checked out to have it removed and haven't seen it yet if it has been done). There are definitely people who aren't respecting the social distancing or wearing of masks in indoor public places (which is written in the welcome letter) - some people were crowding into elevators and not paying attention. I did wonder a few times if people snuck into the pool area and beach area - especially late in the afternoon. Read less

Finally! We were able to stay at this amazing Hyatt located on Lake Tahoe in Incline Village, NV. Being cooped up or on lock down if you prefer during this uncertain time has been trying on us. So two days prior to heading up to Tahoe I looked at the Hyatt and saw they had plenty of rooms available. Trust me this hotel is always sold out and for what they offer I totally get why now. A casino, 3 hot tubs, 2 pools, private beach front, water sports, 24/7 gym, bar, restaurant, pool bar, an arcade and so much more. Unfortunately the saloon, arcade and cafe were closed at the moment as the hotel just started taking guests a week prior. Tahoe is one of my top 3 places in the US to visit on a continuous basis and the Hyatt just added to it. If you find yourself looking for a hotel then book this one before looking elsewhere in the Tahoe area. You will not regret it! Cheers! Read less
