Beautiful resort but many of the amenities are not open due to COVID. Unfortunately the hotel still charges for the full resort fee. Lone eagle grill is good with amazing views. Cocktail service in casino was very slow.

I'm debating on whether or not I should have waited until the resort was completely open to spend time at the Hyatt Incline Village. Having been a regular guest over the years its disappointing to experience the resort when so many of the amenities I had enjoyed and looked forward to were closed. So at this time, in the fall season of 2020, you will experience the hypocrisy of quarantine policy which will follow you to the Hyatt, example, whirlpools are closed, but the firepits are open, one would think you would have or manage, the same amount of social distancing at both. Until next year... Read less

This honestly is one of my favorite Hyatt Properties. Thank you to the staff for a beautiful room, surprise upgrade, yummy s'mores, amazing breakfasts, wonderful beach amenities and more! Definitely a place you should visit! The staff is awesome. I am a lifetime globalist (highest ranking loyalty member) and I rank this hotel as one of my favs.
