There are lots of attractions and activities along the Bay too, such as the Monterey Bay Aquarium or Steinbeck Museum, or head out in the car for 20 minutes or so for a bit of hiking, winery action or spa treats. The hotel’s 2-hour evening reception with complimentary cocktails and snacks is a great way to kick-off your evening. The Silver Tide Bar & Grill is in the atrium too, so why not drop in afterwards for some local California cuisine?

It was very clean. The front desk was very nice. Room was perfect family size. Loved it here. Covid safe, protocol are up to standards. We liked this area a lot so I would definitely be staying here again!

Looking for an affordable family friendly place to stay. Embassy Suites by Hilton met our standards. We would of appreciated a bigger living and dining area. This suite was just right for the price. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Room was hot when I entered. Hotel staff was quick to respond to fix the A/C. However, the room cooled down only a little throughout the night. Opened the window as much as I could and although that relieved some more heat, I had to deal with the street noise. Bathroom countertop was filthy. I’d like to start by saying my husband and I have traveled to many Hilton properties over the years, and have come to expect a certain experience.... this hotel will not live up to that. If you are looking for a big room this hotel will definitely check that box, but not much else. We payed to park in a parking lot where unhoused people are allowed to park the vehicles they live in... with obvious drug use. Not to mention this is directly across the street from a marijuana dispensary with traffic all hours of the night.... We came with our teens and dogs and we couldn’t let them walk the dogs alone. We asked the front desk about the situation and we were told that the general manager is aware they are there. There were ants in our in room coffee / tea maker, disgusting! There are no amenities open, even though COVID restrictions have loosened up, I even heard the staff wondering why things weren’t opening up yet... it is close to the beach and about 10 minutes from the Monterey pier... last disappointment we needed to check out at 12 which is considered late... hotels is clearly not at capacity and they still charged me an “hourly rate” for our late checkout.... I haven’t even been chard that in Waikiki at peak season... overall wouldn’t recommend Read less
