Where is it

On a hillside in the heart of Pismo Beach, 15 minutes drive south of San Luis Obispo. Within walking distance of restaurants and outlet stores. The beach and pier are around a 5-minute drive or half an hour stroll away. There's a golf course less than 2 miles away and Oceano Dunes Park family attraction slightly further.

Located around neighborhoods, felt safe, elevators go opposite direction, COVID protocols aren’t always followed, cleanliness is good, housekeeping was on time, good location, uber/lyft were difficult to get on a saturday night from this location, expect to wait for one.

Overall lacked service and cleanliness. John t what I’m used to from a Hilton property. Staff was dry, they lacked warmth and personal connection. It was just a place to sleep with nothing special to speak of

This hotel is right off highway 101, which turned out to make it super-convenient not only to reach it, but to get out of it. It's close to the beach and thanks to the front desk team, we were alerted to the arrival of Monarch butterflies in the Monarch grove next to the beach and a large park. The butterflies were awesome, and the beach spectacular. The other nice thing about the hotel - which does not serve meals, is that it's really close to restaurants. We were able to walk about 50 yards to a seafood restaurant, and don't miss breakfast at Coco's Bakery on the other side of the highway. It's not only quite good, but inside a shopping center where there are other restaurants, a supermarket, etc, etc... Read less

Tattoo Blonde lady with no mask at the desk . Lobby smell liked onions 🧅 when walking into the hotel . I guess they were eating behind the desk . Didn’t know my daughter witnessed and was recording the conversation. Unacceptable

Very quiet and enjoyable. The patio was great benefit. Staff was courteous and happy. The room was clean and well kept up. We enjoyed the gym and the inside laundry facilities. The property was centrally located.
