The Hotel is outdated and not worth $$$$ You’re paying Hilton prices for something that is a probably a notch better than Hotel 6. We are at the property currently and our seriously contemplating checking out early to not endure this torture. The AC in our room did not work all night so we had to leave our patio door open all night to cool down the room which meant we could hear a couple of teenagers party late into the night and then were awoken early morning by toddlers next door, when called to complain in the morning I was told that there were multiple engineer requests and they would get to us when they could which tells me that ALL of their rooms have similar problems. The BED is so hard it feels like you’re sleeping on a rock. The carpet is dirty and the bathroom seriously outdated. And the icing on the cake was we are paying $30/day for parking only to be held hostage inside the lot because the exit was jammed. We were late to our dinner reservation thanks to that and were told by the restaurant, we had only 40 mins to eat. I will def not be returning to this property, will be contacting Hilton corporate offices immediately upon my return home. P.S.- My family owns several Large Hotel Chains and I know how they need to maintain certain properties to keep the corporate name. Save your $$ and find a property somewhere else. Read less

For $$$ a night it was not worth it. Our shower put out lukewarm water and the shower tile was cracked. The bathroom fan ran all night. The lock on the patio door broken and we could not lock it. The neighbor could have entered our room from patio. The cushions on patio chairs were ripped and had bird poop on them. All in all, the whole place needs an upgrade if you are charging these prices. Pool towels were thread bare too. Also, Hilton changed their breakfast policy. As Gold members, we used to get 2 decent full breakfasts. This trip, we received $12 per person, $24 total. The coffee in lobby was $6.00 a cup! Add a simple breakfast sandwich for another $12, and we are at $18. We had room service first morning, $68! If we had eaten in restaurant, it would have been even more. Also, we were charged $30 to park our car when the lot wasn’t even half full. Finally, there was an additional resort fee of $30 per day. You’d think the resort charge would include the parking or even a bike rental. The previous hotel we stayed at had free parking, free bikes and a continental breakfast. Overall, if you are going to charge these rates, plus a resort fee, plus parking, many things should be upgraded, including shower, pool towels, chase lounge cushions, locks and breakfast. Read less

The rooms are outdated and worn. Upon entering the room you are greeted with a musty odor. I can’t tell if it is early 90s era carpet or the cloth pullout couch-bed from which the odor is emanating. Maybe both? If you book this hotel, consider bringing your own bottle of febreeze. Priced like a 5-star hotel, inside the rooms, it feels (and… Read more
