Though located in a prime location, the rooms were seriously outdated. My balcony with partial ocean view consisted of an uneven narrow balcony, with a view of the parking lot, unless I was able to get a glimpse of the ocean through the trees. My balcony with partial ocean view consisted of an uneven narrow balcony, with a view of the parking lot, unless I was able to get a glimpse of the ocean through the trees. I am a Hilton Honors member and with resort fees for 2, upgrade to partial ocean view, and my dog fee… it came out to $800 for one night. Also, they had scheduled maintenance so the water was cut off at 10am, an hour before checkout. Read less

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Our room had a wonderful balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It is a bout a 15 minute walk to the wharf along the the sea front. We ate breakfast at the hotel and it was delicious. Everything about our stay was wonderful

Stayed in a king size suite with a relative and found the room to be comfortable. It was sparse lacking an extra chair and/or sofa which it was supposed to have. We had one chair, not including the office chair over the desk. I personally felt the price of the room was extremely high for the lack of luxury, although the view was beautiful after walking out onto the balcony. The room service was good, the staff always there to please. We had brunch on Sunday and it was not what I would classify as great, it was simply average. I would have like to have seen more variety, waffles, pastries, fruit, variety of yogurt. All in all, the hotel is on beautiful grounds, scenery from the balcony is lovely. The rooms definitely need to be updated as well as the showers which I found difficult to start, then told at front desk they are in the process of updating. The markings on the shower were off through use and did indeed need to be updated. Do I think the hotel needs some TLC updating, yes. Read less

This was a great place to stay next to the ocean on East beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. Room Was a bit dated and the couch was nasty and old. Definitely needs to be updated to change $600+ per night on a Wednesday and Thursday.

This was my first vacation since the pandemic started, and I am so glad I chose this hotel. The staff was friendly, and everyone went out of their way to make my stay relaxing. The property is great and has an amazing location.
