We were so disappointed in our stay. From the time that we pulled up and were told we had to park at the sister hotel across the street, to charges to our room that were not accurate. The rooms and the hotel were run down and not up to date. For $400+ dollars per night our expectations were much higher.

Pool and jacuzzi out of service and they still charge a resort fee. Why charge a resort fee when the resort is out of service No action on the tables and the bars don’t serve you drinks even when you gamble. Food is not very good and the Sage restaurant is not open during the week. I would recommend.
Image of the Tripadvisor rating The temperature for the Hotel and Casino was set way too high. It was miserable.

The casino and restaurants are kept much too hot. It was March, so we packed our sweaters not our Caribean wear. Also we couldn’t even enjoy dinner at Hell’s Kitchen even though the food was good. We tried Gambling but the temperature wasn’t inducing to it.

No entertaiment as we were there Sun-Wed….Plus a $29/ day resort fee for internet and 2 passes to gym? Read less
