The room was amazing and clean. Dinner at Friday Staion at Harrah’s never disappoints🫶🏼❤️ Starbucks and cinnabon on property at Harrah’s and Harvey’s.. Pools could use some updating. Casino hosts are easy to find.. checkin is a breeze. Slots and table games are up to date.. Easy access with under ground tunnel between properties..

Had a very nice stay. The rooms were great. Front staff were very accommodating. One bartender in the bar by the poker room was the only not great part of our trip. He ignored us and helped others around us even though we made eye contact several times. Finally we got one drink and he never came back to us again. We would have played more money… Read more

The hotel is convenient - but dated. Electrical outlet did not work in room. Valet services were good when employees were available. No luggage rack in room. Lighting in room was dark. Will likely try a different hotel next time in the City.

Had a great time at the Train concert at Harveys on Friday night! This hotel used to be a great hotel and in the last 10 years this hotel has gone down hill. They charge a 28.00 resort fee with no valet service at checking in and no housekeeping for your stay! The pool and the pool bar at the pool is open with little service and the chairs and chaise lounges are about 30 years old and all of them are broken or falling apart. I call the hotel operator and I was on hold for 10 mins! I got the hotel operator from Las Vegas helping me nobody from Harvey's to help. Plus we ate at the Sage room for dinner and service was average and food was good but we were there for a birthday and they never acknowledged it until we started singing happy birthday and I said it was in the Reservation notes. This hotel used to be a 4 star hotel and I would give it 2 stars only. Read less

This place is a nightmare, beginning with their crappy check-in process. The rooms are old, rundown and completely overpriced. The only saving grace is their outdoor concert arena. I would never stay here again, even if they paid me! Place is just short of a dump.
