This place just keeps going downhill. Expensive is the theme, and while I’m not surprised about that, the poor customer service at every level makes the cost unbearable. Hotel delivery food order was wrong and missing items and the hotel operator cannot connect to the restaurant so I had to go to the restaurant to fix it, negating the convenience I overpaid for. The front desk manager was who I first approached for help and she shut me down immediately because they are independent entities despite the charge going to my room. The restaurant manager offered to refund my whole order “and you can go eat somewhere else” rather than to refund the delivery fee I didn’t get the benefit of. Harvey’s is no longer a self-contained casino, they make you go to Harrah’s for almost everything. We did have an amazing Thanksgiving dinner at Hell’s Kitchen, great skiing at Mt Rose, and a spectacular magic show by Alex Ramon. Next time we will rent a condo and improve our experience. Read less

Not the place it used to be. They charge $40 to ark the car per day. No cashiers no coffee shop. I will not go back!!!! Not friendly. No table games. Just not sure why it is even open . Room was not clean .

This place is dead and old. My bed feels horrible. There is no convenient place to grab a real breakfast in the hotel. Last night while walking around the casino floor, only one table (a roulette table) was staffed. I only saw 1 cocktail waitress as well. Most of the bars were closed. In room TV channel selection is poor. Would not ever revisit.

Don't go off the pictures on the website. This hotel needs to be seriously updated. Carpets were dirty. Wallpaper coming off the walls, carpets coming apart. They really need to put some money into this hotel.

we stayed at Harvey’s with our dog; room was definitely dog friendly. However, there is no refrigerator or microwave in the room, and the TV was small and far away from viewing. Curtain wand (for sliding curtains, open and closed) was missing on the left hand side. water pressure worked great, and got hot very quickly; overall a great stay!!
