Not enough places to eat on property. Parents couldn't go out because of disabilities and we struggled to eat. Waited for hours to be seated. Staff were Great. Not ready to be open in all service areas.

The only thing he told me was amount of bill after I had to ask him what it was and ok after I told him I would be back to pick up. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe due to Chuck and other customers. Racism is definitely at Harveys. That is only one incident I experienced here. I will not be returning to Harveys Lake Tahoe. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and all of our guests complained to us about that, understandably our visit had some tweaks because of covid but no perks were given being as most the services were halted and fridges and room services not available. Staff was great and casino floor was very well kept up. Rooms were very disappointing. First time staying there after 30 years of visiting and I'll never stay again. Maybe the new half is better but the old rooms are terrible. Read less

When we got there the room was somehow locked from the inside. We got bell service to get move our things to our new room on the 16th floor. The next morning in our new room the tv and the ac did not turn on. Waited for someone to come fix it for about 3 hours . No one showed , we went to the pool to pass the time , the keys that were giving to us to go to the pool across the street to a sister hotel didn’t work, wasted time getting someone to let us in the pool. Got back to our room , nothing was fixed, we were switched to a 3rd room in less then 24 hours of staying there Read less
