This place just keeps going downhill. Expensive is the theme, and while I’m not surprised about that, the poor customer service at every level makes the cost unbearable. Hotel delivery food order was wrong and missing items and the hotel operator cannot connect to the restaurant so I had to go to the restaurant to fix it, negating the convenience I overpaid for. The front desk manager was who I first approached for help and she shut me down immediately because they are independent entities despite the charge going to my room. The restaurant manager offered to refund my whole order “and you can go eat somewhere else” rather than to refund the delivery fee I didn’t get the benefit of. Harvey’s is no longer a self-contained casino, they make you go to Harrah’s for almost everything.
We did have an amazing Thanksgiving dinner at Hell’s Kitchen, great skiing at Mt Rose, and a spectacular magic show by Alex Ramon. Next time we will rent a condo and improve our experience.

Not the place it used to be. They charge $40 to ark the car per day. No cashiers no coffee shop. I will not go back!!!! Not friendly. No table games. Just not sure why it is even open . Room was not clean .

This place is dead and old. My bed feels horrible. There is no convenient place to grab a real breakfast in the hotel. Last night while walking around the casino floor, only one table (a roulette table) was staffed. I only saw 1 cocktail waitress as well. Most of the bars were closed. In room TV channel selection is poor. Would not ever revisit.

Don't go off the pictures on the website. This hotel needs to be seriously updated. Carpets were dirty. Wallpaper coming off the walls, carpets coming apart.
They really need to put some money into this hotel.
Dog friendly stay!

we stayed at Harvey’s with our dog; room was definitely dog friendly. However, there is no refrigerator or microwave in the room, and the TV was small and far away from viewing. Curtain wand (for sliding curtains, open and closed) was missing on the left hand side. water pressure worked great, and got hot very quickly; overall a great stay!!
Your holiday may be affected by travel restrictions or cancellations

Your next holiday is only a click away - our website has thousands of options ready to book. But if you need more help, just give us a call on 0344 472 9646.
With many customers needing our help, we are prioritising those customers due to travel before 31 December 2020. Log in to Manage my booking where you can message us about your options or you can give us a call. Bear in mind you may have to wait longer than expected. We continue to review this and working to open up these options to more customers. In the meantime check out our FAQs to see if this can help answer any immediate questions.
Rest assured; we will notify you as soon as we know if your holiday has been affected by email.

Payments are being prioritised based on when the request was made, working in order from March 2020 onwards. We will always try to process refunds at the earliest opportunity, for requests before August our maximum timeframe is 120 days. As we are steadily reducing the maximum processing time for each new request, for refund requests made in August, we expect the maximum processing time to be 80 days, from the date the refund is requested. For those requesting a refund in September, we expect it to be processed within a maximum of 60 days, and then reduce to 30 days for refunds requested in October, before returning to normal levels.
To finalise the amendment, one of our customer advisors will phone you. We need to work through amend requests in departure date order so we can prioritise those with the most imminent travel plans, so you may have a longer wait than usual until we’re able to ring you back. We will help everyone that wants to move their holiday.
