I’ve stayed at this hotel several times. The room in the east tower was horrible. WiFi really bad, had to leave the room to do work and front desk staff were rude and not helpful. Previous stays were great with just minor isses! So sad!

The place felt less than a motel 6. The shower made a musty smell which hit you as soon as you came in to the room every time. There was no fridge, microwave, or even a coffee maker. The elevators we very dirty and stinky.

I have always had an awesome stay at the Luxor. They have an excellent staff always nice and courteous. I have never been disappointed, except for not hitting it big. They are real good with children.

The Starbucks inside charged $7-$9 for a grande coffee, when you could go you Excalibur or New York and get it normal priced. A breakfast sandwich through room service was 18.99 + a 4.50 person charge, and it was extremely low quality. The pub they have has mediocre food that’s over priced, where the Bellagio has a bunch of restaurants in the same price range that are delicious. Overall, it may be “cheaper” to stay at the Luxor, but the rooms aren’t that nice, smell damp and old, and everything is more expensive than anywhere else Read less

Great experience, my only problem was that my friend lost his wallet (it’s Vegas) and I was not able to be reached, but he was not allowed to get a new room key, even though his name was listed under the reservation. Other than that, great stay and good price.
