This hotel has surely seen better days. The design does look special and majestic but when I arrived, the check in was terribly slow and the receptionist even put me in a room that was already taken by someone else. Afterwards she upgraded me to a more modern room which was much nicer but in the North tower. This was convenient for the uber pick ups. There was absolutely no water or anything else in the room. I could not even find a room service menu. There was a Starbucks close to my room which was good. In general, this hotel should be updated and the staff should be trained to offer much better service. The whole thing looked slightly abandoned and too expensive for what they offer. Read less

Nothing has been done to update this hotel and an awful long time and it shows. Too much carpet has an old house smell just doesn’t leave a good feeling if you’re coming to spend any amount of time there.

I just immigrated to USA and this was by far the best experience I have had so far in the USA. The food at the buffet was very delicious. Awesome bars. Clean toilets. And smoking inside was my favorite part.

Great place. Seemed to prey on the almighty dollar. A fee for everything but ice. No fridge in rooms. Elevators were like a ride on a roller coaster yet became the conversation starter with the other guests
