Shuttle service was quick and efficient. The hotel is so close I never waited more than 5 minutes. We stayed coming and going to Tokyo before our flights. Room was ready a little early both times. Clean and well laid out lots of plugs and usb ports.

Stayed here overnight as a long layover between flights. The hotel is easily accessible form and to the airport with a free, frequent shuttle. Very quiet for an airport location. The bar is open late ans was very lively

Everything is excellent. There is a shuttle service, breakfast, and the condition of the room is all impressive.

The hotel location was perfect for our needs and the hotel staff (front desk, restaurant and housekeeping) could not have been kinder or more helpful - excellent experience!

Great hotel just a quick (complimentary!) shuttle ride from LAX! Rooms were spacious and clean. The food was also great.
