All the five star reviews are accurate. The hotel is great, walking distance to Oxbow, friendly staff, easy parking, comfy hotel rooms, and beds (that is super important). Most rooms have a balcony from what I can tell and I had my coffee out there each morning. My only gripe is the breakfast was horrible! Like the worst we've had for the price… Read more

Most rooms have a balcony from what I can tell and I had my coffee out there each morning. My only gripe is the breakfast was horrible! Like the worst we've had for the price we paid. Skip the breakfast sandwiches and get something else or go somewhere else. If I could get my $47 dollars back that would be awesome. Two sandwiches = $47. Yikes! The room per day fee at $33 is a bit steep during the winter/fall since we didn't really use anything at the property. Honestly, overall great stay. When you have a couple snafus like the breakfast and the fee's its a turn off but we would most likely stay here again for the right price. Read less

Traveled with my daughter for her 21st birthday. We arrived early (9am) and was graciously allowed an early check in. Room was spacious and clean which was important to me. We had tickets booked on the Wine Train which was an easy 3min walk in the rear of the property along a paved trail. Asked for a late checkout and that was granted! Front desk was very friendly! I wished we had more time at the hotel to try Alba or a cocktail at the bar, but maybe next time. Id definitely recommend this property when in this area as it was central to all the great wineries and a short drive to downtown Napa! Read less

We stayed in a luxury river king room and enjoyed the view of the river from the balcony. Loved the jetted tub and fireplace in the room, especially since it was raining. The beds were great but the bathroom lacked privacy. The shutters separating the bathroom from the rest of the room did not hide everything and the pocket door to the bathroom tended to slowly creep open. We will definitely stay here again the next time we plan a trip to Napa as a couple (but not as a family). Read less

Beautiful location with amazing views from your room and balcony to the river, very pretty hotel close to the Wine Train and town, nicely decorated, amply sized rooms. Might want to use the stairs there are only 3 floors but the 1 elevator is a bit slow and don’t expect room service at breakfast time anyway!
