Dark, noisy and dusty room. Toilet blocked on first night flooding the bathroom and bedroom, took over an hour and three complaints to get anyone to attend. 5 sleepless nights due to the ridiculous amount of noise for all if us (not from the roof top club). Generally just poor room, close to a 2/3 star in the uk (think Travelodge). Reception… Read more

This hotel is very clean. I enjoyed the casino and Giada‘s. The room was absolutely horrible. It was clean, but the bed was very old and lumpy. Several of the lights did not work or were burnt out. The bathroom did not have the appropriate amenities. Usually stay at Caesars and thought this might be comparable. It is not.

First off, we rented the Penthouse Suite, thinking this was going to be an amazing experience, it was NOT!!! We had to have several maintenance men come in our suite and change multiple light bulbs because there were out. Second, there were lamps placed on furniture that were not even plugged in, they were just there for show I guess. The said you could order room service from the app they had a flyer for in the room, we tried and were not able to order food. We then called to try and order food, we were told they only had sandwiches available for food. SERIOUSLY!!! This is the Penthouse suite, you have got to be kidding me!!! Mind you, this was around 7 pm, so it's not like it was late at all. The entire room was very dark. There was also a ceiling lights that needed to be replaced, but the maintenance man said it would take him another 30 mins to replace those, we said forget it, we would just deal with it being dark. It was damn near impossible to get the TV to work unless you used bluetooth, and even then that didn't work well. The mini bar was barely stored with drinks, so we went downstairs to buy drinks, that place was closed as well. We had to go to the Flamingo hotel to get food and extra beverages / alcohol since our room was not properly stocked. We were all so disappointed, we only stayed the one night and moved over to Caesars Palace. We had a much better experience there! Excellent hotel btw. I know some people say you get what you pay for, but this was ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I would not waste your time or money on The Cromwell. They really need to get their act together, this is 2023 for goodness sake. Signed, very disappointed customer. Read less

We arrived to a bored/rude lady on the desk, she wrote down our card details, said they would be inputted to the system then shredded. These details were never put in the system. She said there were no other charges bit we were charged $260 at checkout. We had to change rooms as we booked a king and was given a Twin which was so dirty, thick dust, mould and tired furniture and it stank of smoke. We had to take our bags out and await a call the following day for a new room…they never called. Next room was a King but had a flickering light, dust, water mark on roof and chipped furniture. We have stayed at real 4/5 star hotels so maybe expected too much? You can hear everything going on outside and strip view is right infront of a video screen so constant flashing lights meant very little sleep. Ive tried to email the hotel but no response Read less

Makeup looked like I was going out to the club in the day. But worse of all, it was sooo dusty and dirty. I had to ask for a different room after the check in. They nicely move us to a different room., but it was lonely slightly better. There appeared to be some black mold on the bathroom ceiling and such visible thick dust on the couch. I was very disappointed. Never stay here again! Read less
