Disappointed. Stayed in a suite for a birthday celebration. The Cromwell site review highlighted a tub, common area seating, and a regular fridge. The fridge had items already stocked on sensors, as to be expected, but there was still some room in the big section of the fridge and in the freezer section. However, nothing was ever above room… Read more

The fridge had items already stocked on sensors, as to be expected, but there was still some room in the big section of the fridge and in the freezer section. However, nothing was ever above room temperature, so basically a waste of space. Why have a fridge of everything is at room temp? When I asked about this, the front desk started that this was purposeful. If you want a suite experience worth the money you drop on it, choose elsewhere. The casino was much colder than their fridge, no exaggeration. Read less

I arrived early today, Michelle was very kind and welcoming at the front desk. Angelina at the casino bar was awesome, so friendly and sweet. She even made me a special espresso cocktail after I told her I'd been on a very early flight this morning.

Have to say all the reviews led me to book at the Cromwell, fairly new 2014, boutique hotel, not a high rise, rated 2nd for casino payouts on the strip. In fact a renovated old hotel. Have to say all the reviews led me to book at the Cromwell, fairly new 2014, boutique hotel, not a high rise, rated 2nd for casino payouts on the strip. In fact a renovated old hotel. Nothing but two paper cups provided that were not replaced so could not have coffee after the first morning. Very dark room, door hard to close, paid extra for a strip view, was given room with parking lot view and told no availability when asked to change rooms showing reservation details. Empty hole marked USB charging station, had to go purchase plug in to charge phone. As for casino lost most in this casino than any others visited. Upon check out 6 extra charges discovered on our bill that were fraudulent, including specialty condoms, high priced snack items and a bottle of wine never consumed. When we called down for some plastic cups were delivered hours later that would not fit into the coffee maker even a total disappointment, totally never stay again and would not recommend. Stayed many places in Vegas will go back to one of the larger resorts next time. Read less

Arrived to a filthy room, the worst part about it was the manager did not take the time to speak with us and apologize, but instead sent another staff to offer us a $50 food and beverage credit instead. Poor management appalling that he didn’t come over and make the time to speak with us even though we saw him standing right there Gerald. The.… Read more

There was Olivia who had extremely poor costumer service and didn’t even explain to us about the property nor did she offer us complimentary water had to ask her for that. When someone has a journey in triple digit hear to come to your 4 star hotel the least you can do if offer us some water and let us know what the property has to offer. There was another lady who was great and helped us resolve our issue. Was told that we can only attend Drias from 11-12 but when we went to Drias on the last day the staff there said that hotel guest can come in Any time because we’re guest. Won’t be staying here really because of such terrible experiences with staff. Read less

The resort charge is around $75 per night. This is not advertised. The pool, beach club, charges to sit in a chair at the tune of $400. Otherwise you have to sit on the edge of the pool. I ordered two drinks and it cost $70. Would not recommend.
