We were booked in a "Mountain Deluxe Room - 2 Queens" room. Room 50013. The beds were not standard queen size beds, they were maybe full or double size. We were booked in a "Mountain Deluxe Room - 2 Queens" room. Room 50013. The beds were not standard queen size beds, they were maybe full or double size. There was not much of a view, but that was not our main concern. The room is above the pools and other areas where they had loud music every night we were there, and there was not good sound proofing. While there was room for a mini fridge, we were told that they were removed from all the regular rooms, and we had to pay $20/day for a fridge. The bathroom was oddly configured - the toilet paper roll was located an uncomfortable distance and it was directly under where you would hang your wet towel. The shower had a half glass/half open set up, but the open area was large enough that it was hard to avoid getting the rest of the bathroom wet when showering. The closet was also tiny. Excellent location and good service. Good ambient. Good location to enjoy the entire strip. Friendly service from the staff. Various sources of entertainment. You can sleep without interruptions. Cleanliness can improve.

Amazing rooms, comfy beds, cleanliness was top notch, everything needed was within the resort or within walking distance. Piano bar had great entertainers. They need serious updating to do in this hotel. It stank of heavy smoke & weed, poor quality towels, bedding, carpet, furniture. It’s like a Motel 6 rating. Awful. Never will stay here again. It’s worth the extra money for a better quality hotel on the strip.

I’ve been to Vegas several times but this is the first time I stayed at Harrah’s which I decided on this hotel because I am a Caesar gold member and I received a great rate online! The location is on the strip across the street from Caesar’s Palace. I was celebrating my birthday so it was definitely a good time! I had a king size room which showed online that it was newly renovated! There is no fridge or microwave in the room but everything else was good! There is a safe in the room to store your personal items. There are plenty of slot machines to play, specially penny machines. They have restaurants there including a Starbucks, but I only ate breakfast one time at the cafe which the price for an omelet ($14.99) including toast and hash browns wasn’t bad! The hotel has a buffet but I was told they closed it awhile ago when Covid hit. As a matter of fact there was another cafe that offered soup and sandwiches but I was told that was closed indefinitely too. My friend rented a car and the front desk told her that parking use to be free but now it’s $18 per day. There is easy access in and out of the garage with inserting your key card. Some days were hit or miss and we ended up having to call the desk so they could open the gate. Overall it was a nice hotel but the biggest let down was that as a Caesar gold member and it was my birthday they did not offer me any additional perks to play with or even towards food! They only offered me a buy one, get one free admission to ride on the Ferris wheel that was literally right on the side of the hotel. Read less
