Stayed here in October / November 2023. A great stay like always however staff wasn’t as helpful as normal especially with the free parking, we were told to download a app, then told to go to the concierge to then go to another hotel’s concierge which then told us to go into the casino to sort it. rooms were clean, and housekeeping was daily. This is a nice hotel that is part of a three hotel complex with one casino. While this is the base or less fancy tower, it is quite nice. We had comfortable room that was also quiet. I told them I am diamond member, they put me on hold, and came back and said I still have to pay the penalty. I asked to talk to a supervisor, they put me on hold, and finally came back and told me they agreed to waive the fee 3, They told me waiving the fee was a problem because I booked through a third party. I told them I booked through HIlton.com, and they said that is a third party!! 4. The gym does not give out audio ear sets anymore for having audio while watching TV and working out. 5. The diamond break fast is only good the Dawg house, which has a very very limited menh. It would be much better if they allowed you to use it at thier main breakfast place, which is Juniors. overall it was an OK stay, but being a Diamond member does not seem to mean much at this hotel Read less

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and hall ways. I rate this better than my experience at Venitian and Palazzo. Only drawback is food court the Paratha place is out so East Indian folks will have trouble finding food options if you are traveling with family from back home.
