We had an amazing time staying her for the last 3 nights. We came to see Katy Perry and so we stayed here because this is where she’s playing. We had a bumpy start because on the first night our toilet broke and no one could come to fix it. I was upset at the time, but at the time I also didn’t realize the storm we were experiencing was so severe which totally explains why the service men were preoccupied. Also, the hotel more than made up for the inconvenience by upgrading us to a suite in the “Crockfords West” section. Our room was gorgeous, with a separate living room and two bathrooms. We loved it and think we’ll start only booking suites from now on. Room aside, the hotel itself is beautiful and feels spacious, clean, and modern. We spent a lot of time in their pool area, which has lots of pools to choose from. Our daughter has a blast swimming around and none of the pools is very deep so it was perfect. We saw a lot of families with kids so it felt very family friendly. There were also so many pool options we saw that certain groups tended to certain pools (partiers vs families) so everyone had a space they could enjoy. We tried several of the casual restaurants in the hotel too and enjoyed them all. The Famous Foods Asian food court was great. We also liked Suns Out Buns Out for breakfast one day and the Kitchen for breakfast the next. The Kitchen has a breakfast buffet but also has an a la carte menu. Location wise, it’s a bit of a walk to the central strip (especially with a kid) so we just used taxis but they were so easy to get from the hotel. Katy’s show was incredibly fun and colourful, we loved it and all had a great time there, and it seemed the crowd loved it as well. All the staff in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We would def stay here again in the future; and will prob look at the suites! Read less

It’s a very pretty hotel that has clearly had a huge amount spent on it but the service is utterly appalling. I spent a lot of money there watching Katy Perry but then had to spend hours trying to sort out the simplest of mistakes made by them. A classic example of “all hat and no cattle” I’m afraid….

The driver shared ride share pick ups for this hotel is located on the Casino side only. The checkin agent was efficient. When I arrived to the room it was small, minibar installed (guest are able to use left part of refrigerator for personal use.) We stayed for the Katy Perry show. This hotel is awesome as the venue is located in the hotel and restaurants (room service) are pretty much 24/7. We honestly never left the hotel since we were there for only 2 nights and there’s also a the casino located in this hotel as well. All in all the stay was great. This is a sports bar with unhealthy and overpriced foods, very slow service. Not a place to send your most loyal customers. I advise you to just order drinks at their bar to go (if you really want to make use of the credit) - dedicated check in lane for Diamond/Gold members was very slow as others have said, and staff could be friendlier/professional (wasn’t greeted by name or thanked for being a Diamond customer or told about the amenities F&B credit etc.) Read less

We had booked this trip for my moms 50th birthday as a girls trip. The room was doable at best, I’ve seen nicer. It was dirty in some spots with trash being left over from the previous group, which goes to show that the room wasn’t necessarily “cleaned”. The toilet seat was broken and there was small chunks of marijuana on the floor in some places. The shower and bathroom had other peoples hair in it as well as makeup stains. Also you’re supposedly able to cast to the TV but ours never worked despite the amount of times we restarted it and our phones. The hotel has a lot of amenities but are all pretty pricy; as to be expected for Vegas. But, the food is mediocre. There are plenty of slots and tables to play at, and lots of pools. HOWEVER, we got locked out of our room on the second to last day. We went to the front desk and it was because the room lock died. They said they would submit a security request for us and it should take 10-20 minutes. Ok, fine, plenty to do to wait. We go back to the room and it’s still dead. Ok then. We decide to walk around more to wait and as we’re walking to the elevator we submitted another security request with one of the cleaning staff. Again, no actual time frame. Fine. We walked around for about 30 minutes and came back. Still dead. So now we’re sitting in the hallway praying someone shows up to let us in. Nothing for 20 minutes. We then tried to call the front desk of the hotel as well as ask the person on the Hilton app (who directed us BACK to the front desk). The front desk said they would submit a request but again, no time frame. At this point it’s been well over 2 hours and vague answers with no results. My father, who is in another state, even called the help desk and asked for a manager, and he was hung up on without a call back. As we neared the 2 hour and 30 minute mark I went down and demanded to speak to the manager. As I was speaking to him I get a text from my mother saying they FINALLY let her in the room. I still told the manager about everything we’ve been through for the trip and how dissatisfied we were. He graciously gave us the resort fees and early check in off but it feels like they are just covering it up. Hilton’s are usually our go to option but after this experience I have my doubts about them. I’ve also included some photos of some dirty things in the bathroom, the broken toilet, a weird mold stain on the ceiling, and someone’s used pore strip we found on the first day. There were also some weird stains on the wall next to the bed. Unfortunately I couldn’t get a good photo of them but it was a rather large splatter spot. I know the cleaning staff can’t get everything but it feels like they just changed the sheets and called it a day. Spend your money elsewhere Read less
