I have been at the Nobu before. I always liked the staff, the cleanliness of the accommodations, room sizes and and the location. In summary, those are the reasons Nobu is the preferred choice when traveling to Las Vegas. Please ensure the prices stay reasonable.

So, let’s start with the positives…. Okay, now that we’ve got that out of the way, we can talk about our “stay”. We, as a party of 6, booked three rooms at the Nobu Hotel in Caesar’s Palace, two for one night, and one for two nights (we also had a reservation at the restaurant for dinner, remember this for later on), or so we thought. We landed in Las Vegas at around 11 AM and had already organized our morning in case our rooms were not ready yet. Around 12.45 we called the hotel and asked if our rooms were ready, the response was positive, we were even told our room numbers. In that moment, we decided to book an Uber and reach the Hotel. At the Front Desk we were greeted by a man who was very clearly on his first day and thus took ages to check us in (of course, not his fault) and a lady who, to our shock, told us our rooms were actually NOT ready. We had asked for three adjoining rooms, but were only given one room for the time being, as, in their words, our rooms would only be ready at 4PM (mind that most of us were only staying for about 18 hours until our plane back to California). We were taken to the room (we carried our luggage) and waited for 4PM. When the awaited time arrived, we went to the front desk and were told a new pleasant story: check-in time is BETWEEN 4PM and 6PM. One of the components of the party (who has everything on tape), aware of this new situation, once again insisted on the process being sped up. The lady, angered by this statement, replied: “This is not the hotel for you, I am cancelling your reservation”, and called security. As Hotel owners ourselves, we were in awe after hearing this rude, unprofessional and classist statement, that is not how you address a Paying Customer, ESPECIALLY if you’re in the wrong. At this point, the Manager was made aware of the situation and came to talk to us, and told us that our rooms were ready. They just magically appeared out of nowhere, probably a Christmas miracle. So, after this pleasant conversation, we decided to change our reservation and stay at Caesar’s Palace Hotel instead, we of course also asked to cancel our dinner reservations, as we were not interested in eating in an establishment where we were looked down on. We were told that the cancellation would be free of charge, but guess what? We were charged a 50 dollar per person cancellation fee. Hotels are built on public relations, customer service and RESPECT, and the Nobu Hotel does not have ANY of these qualities. Scrooges. Read less

I came to Vegas regularly until Covid. This was my first trip back and what a disappointment. I was moved to Nobu, not an upgrade in my eyes. Room temp could not be regulated and elevators were temperamental.

We reserved a room at the Caesar's Palace Julius Tower, so did our 8 friends with whom we planned our trip, just to arrive in the hotel for check-in and find out somebody (it was either Caesar's or Expedia) had upgraded us to the Nobu Tower. Overall, the room was nice, spacious and within 2 minutes to the Julius elevator, the Nobu is a hotel inside another hotel, it is not a big deal, but we missed being close to our friends who got to share this big suite and Caesar's was unable to undo the upgrade and re acomodate us near our friends.
