I have stayed at many, many hotels and this was by far the worst housekeeping and management experience I've had. We stayed at the hotel for a week, and Housekeeping simply didn't service our room for the first three days. We let management know at the end of each day they hadn't come and each day they said "Housekeeping is behind schedule and we'll let them know your room was missed." On the third day, after many days of complaint, they came three times within a few hours. The third time was at midnight, and they tried to let themselves into our room when we didn't answer the knock - luckily, we had the bolt on. Woke me and my child up. Then, housekeeping took a white t-shirt with the towels and management refused to reimburse us or make it right. In addition, I ordered food delivered and the service said it had left the food at the hotel. I tried to call the front desk to see if it was downstairs, but I was transferred to an overseas call center and someone who barely spoke English. When I asked to be transferred to the front desk, they said they couldn't do that. This was not a cheap hotel, and this experience was terrible. Read less

PH was the final stop on a road trip through California and Nevada. We were there for 5 nights, arrivng Monday afternoon. The pool at the hotel was advertised on the website as 9-6 mon to sun so somewhat disappointed to be asked to leave at 5pm on the monday eve along with 100+ other guests. 6pm isn't particularly late either but we expected that. We were all told the pool manager wanted it shut so we had to go. We called guest services that night and for reassurance it would be 6pm the following day. Noone was available to speak. Overnight the hotel website altered the hours of the pool to 5pm closure mon-friday. I called guest services to ask why and was told it was always 5pm. I have a screen shot from the day before saying otherwise and was told someone would get back to me. We didnt have our room cleaned on day 2 or 4 depsite assurances we would, and only on day 3 because we called and asked. We were only left 2 towels despite the hotel knowing it was 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids). We called down for more towels and were told we could only have two per day even though we were paying for 4 people. The cold tap in the bathroom was broke. The gym equipment was old and many pieces didnt work. You had to enter through the closed spa which felt eerie. Overall the hotel was tired, with broken mirrors in elevators, amenities at the pool either missing or broken (table tennis bats, cornhole bags missing). I get it has been tough for hospitality through covid but if you say its 4 star, and its 4 star prices, then at least get the basics right and when you contact management to ask simple questions, don't be accused of lying or say you'll call back and then don't. Even the Caesars website promises a reply within 5 working days. I emailed 10 days ago. So, good location but not great service or amenities. Read less

My family and I recently stayed here for 7 nights. I picked this hotel because of its location on the strip and mall attached. Pros: 1. Location. This property is mid strip so you have a good reach to all hotels on strip if you walk or Uber. We did walk to Tropicana and Treasure Island. 2. Mall attached. If you like to shop or have a teen like I do the mall is a great place to spend some time. Also provides you with quick eats, Fat Tuesday, and essentials if you need something. 3. Price. You can't beat the price of this property based on location and size. You will pay a resort fee but most properties charge this now. Cons: 1. Food options. Most of the restaurants here are just ok nothing great. We ate off property most days unless grabbing a quick eat. 2. Rooms are outdated and a little worn. Bed was the worst I have ever slept in (mattress and pillows were bad), poor lighting in room. 3. Resort itself does not offer much entertainment. The casino is just ok and outside of that you have no lounges, clubs or entertainment. 4. Upkeep/safety of resort. It's amazing they charge this resort fee buy not sure why. The elevators were dirty with broken glass panels, none of hand sanitizer stations worked, trash in the halls, and family pool was dirty and very small for a resort of this size. There is no safety precautions anyone can take the elevator up to rooms no key card required and several days we notice homeless people roaming the hotel, which made me a little uneasy to travel around the resort alone. Overall if you are looking for a budget hotel that has a great location this is your place. Read less

Hotel is in a great location on the strip, rooms are large and very clean, separate shower and roll top bath. Easy check in and helpful staff. Negatives were the resort fees which you are required to pay even if you don’t use the pool or gym. Pool area is vacated at 5pm

Great locations very clean and great food options. Would definitely stay here again. Stayed at other locations and this is the top of my list. Check in was hectic but that’s really my only complaint. Too small of an area for the amount of people coming in.
