Don’t stay at Planet Hollywood. They have construction going on inside the casino lobby. During check-in, they upgraded us to a room that had no wifi connection and broken a/c. When we told Brian the manager, he advised he couldn’t do anything. He has no customer service experience and shouldn’t be working in the hospitality industry.

Literally the worst experience I’ve had at a Vegas strip hotel. Got charged over $200 for resort fee, after a piece of crap stay. Management said they couldn’t refund the resort fee, despite the pool and spa being closed during our whole stay during the week. The parking situation was an absolute crapshow as well. Hotel guests can self park on the other side of the mall, then walk 15-20 minutes thru the Miracle Mile shops and casino to get to check in or even the hotel elevators. Parking tickets were required each time entering the super far parking garage and I had to double pay for parking in addition to the resort fee. This hotel stay experience has been the worst ever and I feel they absolutely stole my money by refusing to refund the absurd resort fee. We weren’t even able to access half the resort dude like who closes a resort pool? I’m never going to stay here again and I assure every platform will hear of this experience. STAY AWAY FROM PLANET HOLLYWOOD. Read less

The positives: Great location, good price, good room Negatives: Room we booked wasn’t available, the room we got was deemed to be an upgrade, was nice and large, had a view of the fountains as paid for, unknown if would have been better in a different room Lack of room service….so many people have commented, and we experienced the same. Wasn’t told at check in we had to ask to have the room cleaned and we were staying for a week, Monday-Monday. Thursday, called down to ask for the room to be cleaned, was quizzed on whether I had the do not disturb sign on, which we didn’t….nothing was done and on Saturday went down to reception and they logged it. Came back to find the room cleaned later that day. Although room was dusty and beds not made properly, so not overly sure what they did. Given a 3 due to the price and location. Not what a 4 star hotel should be, but the hotel is in such a great location and was great value when we booked it. Some of the staff were great. Left our luggage on the last day and they were so friendly. You get what you pay for here Read less

I had read some bad reviews about the hotel and was a bit anxious before going. The check in was speedy (bonus). We had an upgrade and were really happy as our room overlooked the strip and the Bellagio fountains. There were four of us sharing a room but unfortunately only had 3 towels. We asked for room service the next day and 4 towels. When we arrived back later that day we had still only been given 3 towels, to add insult to injury an expensive bottle of perfume had been stolen. Speaking to the manager he was not at all apologetic saying things happen. Beware lock everything away .!!!! Read less

The view of the strip was awesome from the 33rd floor. We got to watch them build the stands for F1 racing to be happening the following weekend. The room was clean and have nothing bad to say about it. What warrants a 1 star rating is the room was on the opposite side of the elevator banks. The room was clean and have nothing bad to say about it. What warrants a 1 star rating is the room was on the opposite side of the elevator banks. Nothing like hearing elevators 24/7 going up and down behind your headboard. Good luck sleeping! This room should not be available without some kind of notice and discount. The valet service was horrible! We told the person at the customer service desk that we want self-park so we can come and go as we please but valet service took the car resulting in a $160 charge. Additionally, our pool was closed while the pool right next door was open. No swimming in this hotel. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, they weren't honest in our opinion. Read less
