This hotel is in the perfect location in Vegas!! The rooms were clean and you couldn’t hear a peep from your neighbours which I really appreciated. Plenty of places to eat that were close by. I wish I had known in enough time see Shania Twain perform

Did not use the casino but the room was excellent. Really clean and quite luxurious. The room is large and beds very comfortable. The bathroom is large , clean and modern. Toilet is separate. The shopping mall under the casino is really cool and is being updated.

We were given a room located right next to the elevator, and the noise is unbearable! It’s like trying to sleep in an airport. We called the front desk, and they told us they could only assist us the following morning. We arrived at 11:00 AM as instructed, and the front desk employee immediately understood the issue and acknowledged the noise problem. He assured us that we could switch rooms and that our new room would be ready at 3:00 PM. However, when we returned at 6:20 PM to pick up the room, the front desk staff informed us that they had only held the room until 6:00 PM, and it was no longer available. We explained that nobody bothered to mention this time limit, and we hadn’t been able to sleep for two nights. The staff member walked away, and another employee, Juana, took over. She was extremely rude, even aggressive! She told us that if we weren’t satisfied, we could find another hotel (????). The only compensation she offered was to waive the resort fees for that specific night. The treatment here is disgraceful and beyond unacceptable; we received the worst service imaginable at this hotel. We are on our honeymoon, and she completely soured our experience with her disrespect and indifference. On top of everything, she admitted they were aware of the noise problem but had no intention of addressing it. Outrageous. Do not book this hotel under any circumstances!!!!!! Read less

Be prepared to unload your wallet. Nothing complimentary...all establishments inside the hotel are way over priced for what you get.

The front desk staff need training in hospitality. Never come across a more abrupt, rude bunch of people. Gaslighting guests, making assumptions of their status and ganging up on guests witnessed by colleagues too. Managerial staff have no training in customer service it appears. The late night team of individuals were bigoted and apalling in their service even undermining and speaking ill of their other hotel employees in other departments. The rooms were noisy and the draws and cupboards dusty - and having shifted me a few times they still couldn't get me away from the noise with music sounding off from 8am till eve into the room. Smokey, dingy, dark, terrible customer service and just an awful place to stay at. Read less
