5 this hotel is located within easy reach of everything on the strip. All the usual “games” the “beach” bit is a bit limited and old fashioned. Room was fine.. good as it wasn’t near the strip.. which would be noisy. Since all hotel rooms are more for sleeping this hotel is fine

Nice rooms, nice restaurants, free parking and nice staff. The casino isn’t smokey and hotel is convenient to nearby attractions. Good restaurants. Big and Comfortable rooms. The bathroom was amazing, tile everywhere. I would stay here again.

The hotel is a bit dated (compared to other hotels on the strip) but the rates were great! The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. The windows need to be washed and the bathroom doesn’t have a vent (maybe they didn’t do vents in the early 90’s?) most staff we interacted with were very nice.

If I could take some stars away from them, I would do it! We checked in on April 5th, and the plan was to check out on April 7th. On April 7th, I woke up with a very scary and laud bang on the door at 7 AM!! I was so shocked that I couldn't even find the light switch. I thought someone was attacking me!!! I asked who was at the door, and a guy said, " Security. Checking on the door" !!!! My heart was bitting so fast, and I was shaking. I looked outside, and there were 2 security guys removing all the key lucks from all the doors at 7 freaking AM!! I called the front desk and spoke with April, explaining the situation. She put me on hold for a minute and came back saying that she has contacted the security and they are saying they're not one who banged on the door. I told her I saw them and asked her to check the cameras. She agreed with hesitation and said she would call me back. She called me back in 15 minutes, confirming that infact it was security in she apologized, saying that she wasn't sure why they had started so early!!! I wasn't even able to describe how I felt. I got a massive headache, and I was still shaking from the shock. Now I have to drive back for 6 hou6with this headache, and I don't feel Ok at all. What kind of management is there to not know what's happening on the property !!! April offered me to refund the resort fee, which I do not understand why they charge that in the first place!! This place is not a resort with all means. This place offers nothing to be honest. They caused me massive distress and headache and ruined my whole trip. This experience was a nightmare. The management is not in charge of the operations on the property. Read less
