Convenient location, safe, friendly, well appointed. Had a suite and double room so had plenty of space.

While this hotel is pretty dated and in need of a little love, the people are quite friendly and willing to help when asked. The property is very clean. One little thing that I did appreciate/like was the elevator (as silly as it may be). It was pretty fast! I never had to wait and it got you to and from floors quickly. The corner room I was in was a good layout, but the parquet floors weren't quite glued down all the way so they would crackle and pop as you walked across them. Everything worked well in the room, but the Internet is a little slow. One other tip, don't bother trying to use the app for any requests because it doesn't work there. If you're going for business, the location is great, and again, you won't be disappointed by the attitude and helpfulness of the staff. Read less

This hotel location is safe and connivence to stay. Close to several landscapes and lots of restaurants, shopping area etc. Room setting is perfect for multiple purposes as: relax, work and observe the city life.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were comfortable and housekeeping was on point! The location is prime and easy to walk to many popular areas. Hotel bar and grill had nice drinks and good service. Food carts within feet of the front door. What could be better? Was an enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel but 1) No water in room despite being told there was, 2) When I asked to have water brought to room was told i had to come get it 3) TV didn't work. Maintenance came to fix it but still didn't work after they left 4) Towels are equivalent to a Days Inn 5) Very noisy. So noisy they provide earplugs on the nightstand.
