I will start with the good. The location of this hotel is wonderful. Close enough to walk to everything, but one street off the main area, so not too busy. The rest of the resort - it was fine. The rooms are small and out-dated. A little TLC is much needed. Parking is a nightmare. Despite driving round and round we could not find any parking. We ended up parking on the street a few blocks from the hotel. The check in process wasn’t bad, but it was slow and, after walking to our rooms, we found out that our keys didn’t work, so we had to walk back to reception. This can happen, but the clerk seemed somewhat put out by the issue. Overall, this place is fine in a pinch, but I would likely look for something else next time. Read less

This is a pity because our company has used this hotel for years, but after our last stay, we will not be returning. We booked for our staff for a business trip. When we made the booking, our confirmation clearly stated that we would be charged a prepayment, in full, ahead of check-in. This turned out to not be the case, which would normally not be a big deal, so our finance director called to offer to fax our payment information or provide our payment details over the phone, or otherwise do whatever was necessary so that our employees would not have to bear the cost. Now, I spent over a decade in the travel industry and specifically in hotel management, so I know booking.com sometimes (read: often) gets it wrong, and I know this is a simple problem to resolve. However, I have never known hospitality/travel industry professionals to go so above and beyond to be unhelpful and create a less pleasant experience. The reception staff was rude to my employees, who had just finished a 12 hour work day themselves, and Daniel, who is apparently the general manager (Steve has left?), was rude and disrespectful over the phone to our finance director. After repeatedly refusing our numerous offers to resolve the payment issue remotely via any means necessary, and him offering absolutely no attempt to help us, Daniel grew hostile and told us to "drive the card over then"... Yes, let us drive 7 hours THROUGH THE NIGHT just to pay for a one night stay for two of our employees, simply because you are refusing to assist your frequent guests and honor the booking conditions as stated in the booking.com confirmation, which my employees had hard copies of at check-in. How is that a solution? The audacity of his attitude and general complete lack of professionalism is astonishing. To add insult to injury, the rooms my crew were finally checked in to (after being forced to pay with their personal cards) were obviously unclean with stained bedding. I mean, come on. After this awful experience, we can't in good conscience put our employees through this again, nor can we continue to recommend it as an affordable option to our clients. So, needless to say, we'll be looking for new accommodation in Palm Springs for all of our future business trips. Read less

I came here for a work conference. The location was phenomenal—you could walk everywhere, and while the airport was really close, you never noticed it. The room itself was nice, updated, and included a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and iron. The staff was friendly. What I didn’t like: The windows had wooden blinds instead of curtains, so it never got very dark in my room. Also, the WiFi was INCREDIBLY slow to the point of being worthless. I almost never used it and was glad I spent most of the day somewhere else, as I needed WiFi for work. Read less

Our daughter recommended this resort. We booked with our MC Rewards. This a great location. Pretty pool area with fire pits burning at night. Continental breakfast or $3 credit is at Ruby’s Restaurant across street. It was just okay. You do have complimentary coffee and 2 bottles of water in the room every day. Continental breakfast or $3 credit is at Ruby’s Restaurant across street. It was just okay. You do have complimentary coffee and 2 bottles of water in the room every day. Bedroom was small and bathroom was huge. I wasn’t thrilled about the microwave and refrigerator in the bathroom. Paint peeling on outdoor steps. Otherwise, things were kept up. We’d recommend a stay here. Read less

The title says it all. Leaky shower head, toilet broke, pics online look pretty decent, room was not as nice as picture (the magic of filters, angles, and lighting...every photographers friend). Has a balcony with no chairs that faced a wall. Pillows were not comfortable. Woke up with a stiff neck. Did not utilize pool or spa, so can not comment… Read more
