We stayed here during Easter weekend for three nights. While it’s an awesome location within walking distance to tons of fun Palm Springs stuff and has a refreshing pool, it is so so so not worth the price. Prices were hiked up to $250 a night (!!) for three nights here. We explicitly asked for no Housekeeping service given the pandemic and the fact that we need to leave our dog alone occasionally. Housekeeping came anyway (luckily while we had a dog with us). They also left the garbage bag in the room on the sink - so weird! While they say they keep chairs socially distanced at pool, that is a complete lie. When the pool opens at 9 AM many many chairs were positioned directly next to one another to maximize the amount of people not prioritize guest safety. Not a single staff person entered the pool area for the 5 hours that I was there to monitor mask-wearing, social-distancing, cleaning chairs, etc. many pool umbrellas are missing the pin to hold them up so guests fixed with paper clips. Does anyone do walkthroughs and replace missing parts? We had an issue when our keys stopped working so I walked to get new ones. The news ones also didn’t work so they called maintenance. He could do nothing except for ask for another round of keys so I had to go back and get another round of keys. The lobby is polished and nice-looking but our room is out of the 80s (maybe 90s?!) and not well-maintained. 3 cheap pillows for a king bed. No real blanket just a light sheet and thin covering. Used mattress. Couch cushions put on incorrectly. Odor in bathroom. Balcony **connected to everyone else’s balconies**, so huge safety and privacy concern for us and our dog. Our shower was in a dark tiled cave in the corner of a bathroom with no light! ***This is not a $250/night establishment.*** Also they don’t provide enough free parking for the amount of rooms they have so if you’re lucky enough to secure a spot I recommend keeping it otherwise you will likely need to pay for lots/meters near the hotel. I’ll be sending this review to hotels.com. Perhaps they will stop promoting this hotel which overcharges and under-delivers.

Wonderful Visit

Spent 4 nights here and couldn’t have been more pleased. Had an upper floor room and had plenty of room. Bed was firm ( just how I like it ) room was clean and was showing a little age but that really doesn’t bother me. Nice balcony over looking the pool. Parking lot was pretty full but always was able to find a spot.
Easy check in.

As good a resort as any in PS but can’t be beat for location to downtown

I rate this resort best in location and best in upkeep in comparison to other resorts along Tahquit Canyon road. Bath amenities were ok but did not care for the shampoo. Beds were very comfortable and loved the top cover spread.

Would not stay there in the future. Man at front desk unfriendly and room needed a good wipe-down especially due to Covid. No extra blankets and rooms bare and could definitely use a renovation and be re-decorated.

I was planning a pleasure trip involving golf and some personal work in my room using the wifi. Room was below par and wifi was useless. TV was as small as I have every experienced. My only requirement was a bath.
Was given a shower room (nice room) and after getting a new room the bath did not have a stopper.

Payments are being prioritised based on when the request was made, working in order from March 2020 onwards. We will always try to process refunds at the earliest opportunity, for requests before August our maximum timeframe is 120 days. As we are steadily reducing the maximum processing time for each new request, for refund requests made in August, we expect the maximum processing time to be 80 days, from the date the refund is requested. For those requesting a refund in September, we expect it to be processed within a maximum of 60 days, and then reduce to 30 days for refunds requested in October, before returning to normal levels.
To finalise the amendment, one of our customer advisors will phone you. We need to work through amend requests in departure date order so we can prioritise those with the most imminent travel plans, so you may have a longer wait than usual until we’re able to ring you back. We will help everyone that wants to move their holiday.
