The General Manager, Steven, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Michael from the hotel staff always made great conversation with us and ensured that COVID-19 guidelines were upheld. We have been coming here traditionally every summer for over 15 years and we absolutely love it! I've never taken the time to write a review but this could not go unmentioned. Michael, the "pool guy" (not sure of official title) is awesome! He went above and beyond in not only assisting me but everyone sitting out by the pool. I recently had surgery on my wrist and am in a full cast just past my elbow. Michael noticed me struggling to keep my arm above my head while in the pool so as not to get it wet and appeared with 2 plastic bags and some rubber band string to wrap up my arm. Talk about going above and beyond. I truly appreciated his kindness. Read less

Another comfortable stay. Great value and location! We will return. Yes it’s hot! We are in quiet, clean room. Pool busy but not crowded. Great historic neighborhood for walking and for accessing the main downtown street.
