Adequate at best. Room was noisy with paper thin walls allowing me to know way too much about neighbors grooming and relationship habit. Slow to respond as a staff. As a high point… great spa. Won’t be going back. Parking was a bit of a comical occurrence with dozens of spaces reserved for a special event that didn’t happen in our 5 night stay.

We were disappointed that the rooms were very small with little place to put anything. Several plugs didn't work, and my daughters bed linen was stained the first night and we had to have someone come in to change it. The restaurant was good but very little variety and after a couple of meals, we were looking for someplace else to go. There was not information about what to do or where to go in San Diego Read less

The customer service was great. I wish the pool and fire pits stayed open past 11:00. It smelled like smoke throughout the hallway and our room. They actually sent staff to spray our room and at least it covered it up which is fine with me.

Great front desk. Cute views from the room. Fun times at the pool. Sadly small rooms and very short staffed. IMO overpriced for the quality and size of the rooms. Has so much potential to be an awesome hotel.
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Total Price is Not The Total $

Jul 30, 2021 Greg G Carmichael, California

The hotel quoted a "Total Price", but added Parking and Resort Fees during our stay. I asked the question, " The Original Total Price quoted and agreed to.... now is not accurate? We add them at check in". The fees add up to $80 a day, or a total of $480 for our stay. Their agreement protocols are different.
