Good: - Free Tesla chargers - Clean room - Stayed in Junior Suite bay view (decent view) Bad: - Tesla charger but many non Tesla’s park there and no reinforcement by management at all. - Guest trash outside rooms were not picked up for a day or two. - Parking structure did not require guest key. Did not receive champagne at all which was suppose to be included in stay (dont care for the freebie but highlighting my point). Checkout via TV did not work. Called front desk and was asked once again to see them since payment was due. I already paid when we checked in! Hotel continued to be confused of promos. Read less

Konai is actually a very relaxing place with great views and incredible staffs. However i couldn't enjoy my stay and had issues with the room, renting boat, the restaurant and also the pool. The room had live and dead moths scattered inside the restroom and slugs climbing on the cracked yard. Water pipes are loud, and you can hear it when the neighboring rooms take a shower. It was hard getting access to internet since the walls block signals better than it block sound, while the wifi is slow and unstable. I did have a nice time on the tandem kayak, but didn't expected how few rentals are available, it sucked when someone else have the same idea for the only fun cat, except they booked it for the rest of the day. The restaurant is fully booked most of the time, and for anyone looking at their website, happy hour doesnt include Saturday. Should have included that on the site. Pool close way too early and both pools are packed with people who just lay on the chair, especially for the adult pool, no one swim there. At the end of the day, it was nice strolling around looking at the beach, chilling on the private small private beach, trying to forget all the frustration i had with this trip, it was pretty nice. Even though the pricing isn't too expensive, but it does exceed what was offered in Kona Kai. Read less

Beautiful property. Reservation system needs revamping - took 5 calls. Rooms for our party were not close together which made it difficult for preparations for a wedding. Had to go from one end of the resort to the other end.

We stayed in the one bedroom, and it was Sweet! I loved the fireplace and the Jacuzzi tub. I could sit in the tub, see the fireplace and talk to my husband in bed... what a great concept for the room layout! super impressed!!

Our friends decided to go away for the weekend with the kids and this hotel was the best location for our stay. We arrived early and our rooms were ready. We had a marina view which was amazing. It gave us access to the sand front area which we spent a lot of our time with the kids. We made great use of the fire pit area making s’mores with the children. Wifi service was great throughout the property. The highlight of the trip was the amazing service we received from the Executive Chef Roy H. My son has food allergies and Chef Roy came out to our table sat down and listen to his needs. He was very accommodating with every meal and each time we would order food he would bring it out to the pool or restaurant and explain what he used and how he prepared it. He was even nice enough to ask if he could make him homemade ice cream so he can enjoy desert with the family. I have traveled to many hotels and have cooked prior and brought it with me but the service in the kitchen was exceptional. Thank you thank you Chef Roy you were amazing. Read less
