Had everything we needed. Excellent service from staff. The parking is pricy, but there are 3 street spots in front of the hotel that you should keep your eye on. The hotel is a little older but the service is great.

We were never told that the hotel lobby was under construction. There is no lounge, so you cannot work in any common area. Very limited restaurants due to the lobby closure. When I asked to speak to the hotel GM, I was refused. The admin did get back in touch with me -- and she was extremely not helpful. I plan to call corporate to inform… Read more

Another wonderful stay at the Fairmont Olympic in Seattle. The staff is always welcoming and courteous, and I love having the check in package with the valet when I drive up. Always highly recommended.

My plans changed so I called the customer service line to cancel my reservation but the agent said there was no reservation and she would make sure any weirdness with the missing booking email was sorted. Great, The hotel then proceeded to charge me $650 for my supposedly nonexistent, supposedly canceled reservation anyways and has not yet refunded me anything despite many efforts on my part to speak to hotel staff about the charge, Stayed at the Four Seasons instead and loved it, I will never give my business to the Fairmont, Read less

Great location, rooms are super clean and the hotel is very quiet. My only complaint is the $20 USD + tax ¨Urban Experience Fee” that i had on my bill at the end of my stay. After I checked out I Googled this charge to find out what it was. Here’s what it says: “Fairmont Olympic Urban Experience Fee of $20 USD per room per night (plus tax)… Read more
Great location, rooms are super clean and the hotel is very quiet. My only complaint is the $20 USD + tax ¨Urban Experience Fee” that i had on my bill at the end of my stay. After I checked out I Googled this charge to find out what it was. Here’s what it says: “Fairmont Olympic Urban Experience Fee of $20 USD per room per night (plus tax) includes a variety of items, including Wi-Fi, bottled water in your room and a coffee credit at our Espresso Bar, 4th Ave (up to $5 per night).” There was water in the room with a $9 USD price tag which we did not drink. We weren’t told about the coffee credit and whatever else was included. The only thing we were advised about was the ¨complimentary¨ wifi which really in the end isn’t now is it? That’s it. Just ask when you check in what you get cause they are not forthcoming with the info. We’ll prob go back after the renovations in June but I’ll factor that charge in when I book. Read less
