Kimpton Hotel Vintage Seattle

Seattle, Seattle & Washington State

The hotel

It’s not called ‘Vintage’ for nothing — this is the Grand Cru of Seattle hotels, with interiors, wine lists, and social get togethers, all under the influence of Washington State’s wine country. It may be in downtown Seattle, but step into this boutique retreat and you may feel like you’re in a tasting room, surrounded by earthy shades blended with grape greens and burgundy. It’s the perfect place to sample the region’s fine tipples, with a complimentary wine hour every evening. Why not move on to the award-winning Tulio Ristorante, where you can tuck into Italian classics that come with a fresh Northwest twist — and a wine cellar of course.

Nice little hotel. Couldn't have picked a better location. Close to market, pioneer square, ferries, 5th Ave theatre. $12 uber to Freemont. Charming hotel. Great service.Small room but price was right. Restaurant was under reno so they have us $150 in coupons for another restaurant which was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome front desk. Restaurant being renovated, and they refer us to Outlier, in another Kimpton. Outlier is sub-par. Best Kimpton in Seattle is the Alexis. Our room smells like feet. omg TripAdvisor requires more characters. OK, THIS PLACE IS MEH.

I choose Kimpton because I have done that in the past and had good results. This is the first time I would not recommend a Kimpton hotel. Go to the Motif down the street. We booked a king room and got a queen/full and when we asked about it they told us that we booked 'a room' not a specific bed size. Well, that is not true. The room was tiny… Read more

We booked a king room and got a queen/full and when we asked about it they told us that we booked 'a room' not a specific bed size. Well, that is not true. The room was tiny and I got to overlook the parking lot in the back. The hotel restaurant was closed because of plumbing problems...it would have been nice to know that. We got vouchers to go to Hotel Monaco...if I wanted to go there I could have stayed there. How about credit on my bill for not having the amenities they claim to have....nah, that would be a money loser. All in all, I would recommend another hotel. I have stayed at the Motif and that is where I will return when I go back to Seattle (usually 3x per year). Read less

Great location, awesome staff and nice updated older building. The rooms are on the smaller side but they are fun wine themed and very comfortable, the beds are one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in.We will definitely stay here again.
