If your flight is no longer operating on your original date of departure, you will be offered the following options:
- If you were booked on a direct flight we will always endeavour to offer you a direct flight departing either the day before or after the original flight date*
- We may be able to offer you an in-direct flight on your original date of travel*
- If we are not able to find an alternative flight, we will offer you a cancellation with a full refund
A re-route will usually happen on an in-direct flight whereby your city of transit may change.
- Your flight itinerary will be updated to the next available flight as close to your original timing as possible*
In the unfortunate event your flight is cancelled we will offer you the following options:
- The next available flight*
- Date change
- Destination change
- Cancellation with full refund
*Flights offered can be either Direct or Indirect flight. We will offer the most comparable option possible subject to availability.
