252 modern rooms and suites with marble bathrooms, walk in rain shower, and separate bath tub. All guest rooms and suites enjoy a private balcony, dark wood panelling, marble floors, signature bedding and leather headboards, air-conditioning, flat-screen TV and media panel, tea/coffee-making facilities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, mini bar*, luxury bath amenities, and safe. 

Fairmont View Rooms are located on floors 1-4 and partial sea views of the Arabian Gulf. King rooms with 1 king-size bed sleep maximum 3 adults or twin beds are available, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

All Inclusive Standard option includes: 

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at a dedicated restaurant. 

Unlimited service of selected house alcoholic* and soft beverages served during meals and at designated hotel bars from 11:00am-11:00pm (according to each outlet operational hours), excluding Spectrum Lobby Lounge. 

Dine around (optional): guests can replace dinner and dine in Kiyi (Turkish restaurant), Gioia (Italian restaurant) with an allowance of AED 100 per adult, per meal, per day. Credit cannot be accumulated or transferred to another day if unused.

Please note: a 5-night minimum stay is required for All Inclusive. Room service, mini-bar and ice cream are not included in the All Inclusive package.

Breakfast included: includes breakfast at Spectrum.

Half Board option: includes breakfast and either a set menu lunch in Gioia Italian Restaurant, or lunch or dinner in the all-day dining restaurant Spectrum.

Full Board option: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in the all-day-dining restaurant Spectrum or any A La Carte restaurant.

Fairmont Sea View Rooms are located on floors 1-5 and feature unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. 

Deluxe Rooms are located on floors 5–14 and their higher elevation gives them some of the most stunning sea views in the emirate. King rooms with 1 king-size bed sleep maximum 3 adults or twin beds are available, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

Junior Suites have separate living and bedroom areas and a balcony with unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf. These rooms have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. 

Family Rooms consist of 2 interconnecting Fairmont View rooms, one room with 1 king-size bed and the second room with twin beds. They can sleep a maximum of 6 people in total, with up to 2 adults and 1 child in the king room and 2 adults or 2 children in the twin room. These rooms enjoy sea views.

The larger 1-Bedroom Corner Suites come with 1 king-sized bed and a separate living area, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

5 exquisite restaurants and lounges including: Kiyi Turkish Restaurant (dinner), Gioia Italian Restaurant (lunch and dinner), Spectrum Lobby Lounge (serving breakfast, afternoon tea, plus light bites and refreshments throughout the day), Spectrum Restaurant (all-day dining), and Salt & Sea swim up pool bar (serving light meals and drinks).

Eslam have provided an amazing and outstanding service while serving us breakfast at Fairmont Ajman. He is very polite and friendly waiter and is willing to provide a 5 star service. Breakfast was very good and the variety of food was excellent. Talking about the hotel.. we checking in at 1 pm The checking agent promised us that the room would be ready at 3 PM and offered us to stay at the pool and beach until the room is ready. While hitting the pool we were approached by a staff member Informed us that there are no towels ready. I asked him for an approximate time of when the towels will be ready. Didn’t provide me an approximate time Then I asked to send the towels when they’re ready and he rejected, and the reason was that he was the agent at the counter, and the other excuse was that the hotel was full. I told him this is a five star service response. Turned us back and walked away. We sat on our sofa since there were no beds while waiting for our room to be ready didn’t receive any calls as it was 3 o’clock, so we decided to give them another 30 minutes I called at 3:30 The operator said that the roof is still not ready and will call me back once it’s ready. No one calls so I called again at 4 Another agent picked up that room is still not ready. I told him not acceptable as we were promised to receive the room at 3. Responsible go fight with the reception. I approach the reception and he lied by saying that they called at 3:02 And I showed him the phone that I have not received any missed calls. Escalated to the supervisor Got my room keys. I went up to my room, and I was surprised that they offered me two single beds combined instead of a king size bed. I wanted to just spend the night in peace as I was celebrating my birthday. My wife requested for a celebration cake as it was my birthday. They got us a cake mentioning happy anniversary. Very helpful and polite always looking after you . Food in Turkish restaurant excellent. All areas are good but Turkish food is the best . Beach is lovely and toilets are well equipped and very clean as the rest of the hotel is . There’s not much else to say but a lovely hotel
