Amazing experience, loved everything about this hotel. The food and the drinks were great, only thing I would say is they need a full bar in there swim up bar but other than that it was amazing

Grounds are beautiful, clean. For the most part service was good. Long distance to walk to get to dining areas. Staff is very friendly. Great place for a family vacation. Would recommend.

Overall experience was horrible, I would never recommend this hotel to a friend base on strings of events n how they were dealt with

Winsome and Anetta the two girls we met at the swim up bar was really nice. Would like to give recommendation to a lovely young lady we met from the entertainment department @Theasha but she said to call her T she was so sweet, friendly and funny made our stay even better the food was great as well

Be prepared to walk because the shuttle for me was not readily available and i could not reach the front desk to get a shuttle. I would stay again but in a building with an elevator or stay on the 1st floor, I was on the 3rd floor and housekeeping helped me with my bags from the 3rd no elevator building.
