We were only in Beverly Hills overnight. However we had a lovely experience. We had dinner in the restaurant before going out for the evening and breakfast the next day. The food was good. We were only in Beverly Hills overnight. However we had a lovely experience. We had dinner in the restaurant before going out for the evening and breakfast the next day. The food was good. The room was very comfortable. Aside from the king bed there was a long, comfy couch. The bathroom had an area across from the sink that had its own mirror which made getting ready with 2 adults so much easier than fighting for mirror space over the sink. The staff from valet to front desk to housekeeping service was helpful and professional. Read less

Beverly Hills Marriott is a very modern, clean and spacious hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beverly Hills Marriott is a very modern, clean and spacious hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were only there for 1 day and night however felt it to be very central for everything we needed. Ubers were taken from place to place however I would recommend renting a car! (I believe the hotel has a parking lot/ garage). The room was clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable. We booked a non- smoking room however we were smelling some smoke coming through the vents so ended up having to switch rooms. The staff were very speedy on this issue which was much appreciated! Checkin was very prompt and handled very proficiently by Brianna. She also gave us an upgrade as an Ambassador for a day, which was great. It allowed access to free appetizers and wine/ beer during happy hour. The staff managing that area was extremely professional and friendly. This was one of the worst hotel experience I have had as a Marriott Bonvoy elite member. This hotel has very outdated rooms. However my reason for giving them 1 star is their horrible customer service. I stay at this hotel for a business trip and needed a receipt to claim expense reimbursement. Their systems were down for more than a month and it took them more than 3 months to get back to me with a basic invoice . I asked them to provide an itemized receipt which they have not provided despite multiple emails. Horrible staff and customer service. I visit Beverly Hills frequently for work and will never stay at this place again. Read less
