This place is weird. A) they treat you like a number B) they close their pool so you cannot use it if not from 10 am until 5 pm. C) you cannot get ahold of anyone to ask about your reservation or with any questions. They do not have a person answering the phone or the chat. D) it's quite a hike from the strip E) it's got all the charm of… Read more

There is no room service available. Despite numerous restaurants downstairs, they suggest using Door Dash. Food court available for quick bites. No coffee maker in room plus no room service makes for rough mornings. Ok for business trip, but definitely not a luxury stay.

Ignore the negative reviews about this hotel. We are a British couple who loved their 7 night stay just a day ago. We booked a King Size City View and checked in using the Hilton App at the airport. The app would only allow us to select a room with a strip view (free of charge) so if you want your original room then check in at the desk. The mobile digital key works fine if you turn your Bluetooth on and the key cards do work with some patience (you must swipe it in the lift to select your floor.) The room was spacious and immaculately clean, please note that these rooms aren't designed for that Vegas wow factor, but more for covention goers and couples looking for a mid range hotel room. The Casino is a bit sterile if you know your Vegas casinos and cocktail service is a bit erractic at times. The food choices are great and I recommend Wally's for fine wines and food. There's a Starbucks, but we found that Randy's Doughnuts had great tea (English, just ask) and coffee for the morning (with one of their cinnamon rolls.) The pool was amazing and although they are still building on the land in front, I can see this becoming a spectacular view in the future. We chose this hotel due to its location North of the Strip as we like to run most mornings. There are water fountains to fill your drinks bottles and we also filled our bottles from the room taps with no issues. Like I said, ignore the negative reviews, as this hotel does exactly what it says on the tin. If anyone has a question feel free to ask. Read less

This was a business trip. The reservation that was confirmed at the front desk was for a suite of which I didn't book and wouldn't book for a business stay. I was asked to prove that I didn't book a suite and then was told I may not be able to down grade my room stay. I received an email to upgrade my room prior to arriving at the hotel. What additional "upgrade" would I do if I already had a suite at this property?? Then they didn't want to provide me with a regular room stating they were sold out. My boss looked on line immediately at the front desk and could book on line no problem. So I was given a room. Co-workers were also attempted to be put into suites - for a business trip. What a scam this hotel is running! This was a bad front desk experience and bad overall Hilton experience. Then upon check out I asked the front desk person handling my check out to be sure my Hilton Honors was on my reservation. I was asked for my number and provided it. My business credit card - in my name - was charged for my room but no room folio was provided to me. Upon reviewing my stay today - a week later- I came to understand that my name was never put on my room that I paid for and I asked to have credited to my Hilton Honors account. No points will be credited per the supervisor of customer service. Nothing that can be done. Perhaps training the front desk staff to ensure that when a client checks out and wants their Hilton Honors account credited for their stay, confirm the name the room reservation is under and change to the person PAYING for the room. I have been a Hilton Honors member for a number of years and am stunned at the poor service received here at this property and with Hilton's customer service staff today. The hotel is expensive, they try to upcharge you at the front desk, don't handle client information correctly and need further training, apparently. Keep your eyes open at this location! Read less
