Deluxe Rooms are equipped with a private balcony offering city or river view rooms, with either 1 queen-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Signature Studio Rooms are recently renevated, and are larger in size with a seating area, and 1 queen-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Family Rooms are equipped with a private balcony offering city or river view rooms, with 1 large double bed and an extra single bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

Executive Rooms include access to the Club Lounge which offers complimentary daily buffet breakfast, all-day tea and coffee, soft drinks and snacks, complimentary evening cocktails, and complimentary laundry or pressing service.

Minus - I hope and believe that employees will be trained about how to approach to their guests with hospitality especially receptionists and restaurants employees. Plus - hotel is so close to riverside area, has a pool and gym saloon, daily housekeeping is available.

Avoid the 02 series rooms. These are the 202,302,402… series rooms. They tend to be small. You will struggle to keep your luggage. If you are traveling as a family, this is a must avoid series. I also found the front desk lady to be rude. Especially if you are asking about whether your room is ready to check in

We got rudely evacuated!! Ran down the stairs just to hear it was a fire drill. No letter or notice of this in our rooms, even though they said it’s there? Had to go down the stairs with valuable equipment and no one offered to help get it back in our rooms!

My husband and I were given accomodation here from an airline after a missed flight and couldn’t recommend their service more. Always ready to help. Good location. Easy to get a taxi quickly. Great food! Comfortable bedding and nice rooms. Thank you for having us!

The check in was seemless, and the front guy was not only professional but fun. We opted for a club room with all its benefits. This is well worth doing. There are so many complimentary add ons.. we couldn’t use them all. The hotel also offers a go green package which allows a $29 credit for your room not to be serviced. A great idea..we didn’t need the room cleaned every day. We did get clean towels when we asked for them. The location is great. Not being in the CBD makes for a quieter stay and the sound of free range roosters and chickens in the city was lovely. The bus stop and the hop on hop off bus stop is outside the front, the great world shopping mall and supermarket is a 5 minute walk. The river walk is just across the road. Having a balcony is a great addition too…it’s nice to be able to open the door and stand outside of our room. This hotel was great value for money… too quality and We wouldn’t stay anywhere else now.
