First of all, if you're a coffee or tea drink, bring your own Keurig coffee/tea pods! The rooms have a single serve Keurig maker, but no complimentary pods. I'm glad I brought our own coffee pods. The minibar does sell a coffee kit, but it's $21.99. I was very skeptical about staying here. I've been visiting Vegas for 20 years and never even… Read more

The minibar does sell a coffee kit, but it's $21.99. I was very skeptical about staying here. I've been visiting Vegas for 20 years and never even went inside Harrah's all the times I've walked by. I was actually surprised that it exceeds my low expectations. We had a room in the Valley Tower on the 24th floor facing the strip. The room was very quiet and had a nice view of the nightly volcano show across the street at the Mirage. Clean room, everyone from the front desk clerk to the housekeeping staff was friendly. What I liked also was the parking was easy. Since it's not a large property, the time it took from parking in the garage to making our way to the room wasn't but a few minutes. No long walks through the casino or through a maze. The location is great. Tucked next to the Venetian and easy walking distance to Fashion Show, Flamingo, the restaurants next to the Linq, and across from The Mirage and Caesar's Palace. There is so much lively activity going on out on the sidewalk. Resort Fee includes only two devices on wifi. Empty mini-fridge in room was nice. No higher-end properties on the strip have that. It's all stocked mini-fridges that you can't use for your own items. Read less

Do not go here unless you want to be charged additional non-transparent fees and a needle in your bed! Also, if you want to file a dispute and get Mark or Izzy, just ask for someone else because they will gaslight you and distort the facts!

Filthy unkept rooms with ancient mattresses and carpets you don't want to step. Deactivated our keys the proceeded to rekey three more times with no success getting into our room. We have a show and we can't get in to shower. This completely unacceptable!!!! This place should be torn down!

Great experience! We stayed over a weekend in April. Clean and centrally located. It’s not the hottest and fanciest resort on the strip but the location is excellent. No noise or cleanliness complaints while we were there. The check in and check out kiosks didn’t seem to be working, but there was only a short line for a concierge anyways.

I deeply regret to have choosen this cheap dirty hotel. The check in demonstrated what this USD 10 hotel is about. After my check in I got a noisy room with a total view to a machinery ceiling. Beside the bed  power cables cover was open as someone before tried to fix the power outlet (still did not working). And the bathroom was not properly ready for the next guest (no soap and not clean). Returned to registration and (kindly) requested to change room, even if I had to pay to have a clean room. Not just because of the view but because bathroom usually should be done when a guest arrives. Check in is totally automated so when you have to talk to someone they get quite angry. For example the unpleasant lady at the front desk. She demonstrated she didn't care at all about anything I was saying, said the hotel was full and since the time I arrived there wasn't any room available for me to change. That was an enormous lie as I had arrived 10 minutes before and I had been offered a paid upgrade at that time. The manager said I couldn't change room, (he kept the unavailability lie) and my room would be cleaned, I just had to wait the housekeeping.  I understand a USD 10 provide this treatment. Cleanness is not a must in these places. But my stay was 20 times more expensive than that per day. Respect would be nice. Of course there was ate least one clean room available that he could have given. Read less
