A tray of fresh fruits, nuts, cookies and a bottle of wine awaited us when we checked in for our three nights stay. We had breakfast in the Lounge on the 12th floor. Sagit, Aviem and Dave were most helpful with my husband's dietary needs due to his gluten allergy. They were very attentive and took extra care that there would be no cross contamination. The hotel has a very large salt-water pool and a nice pool area for sunning. The hotel is well situated, a short walk to the beach and an easy walk to the Port of Tel Aviv. Parking is available for a reasonable fee. Being pleased with the accommodation and service, we ended up booking two additional nights at the end of our trip in the Hilton. Read less

The only bar at the Tel Aviv Hilton. They kicked everyone out at 10:45 so they could clean the carpet. Why not in the middle of the night like any reasonable hotel. The so called manager didn’t even know it was happening. What a joke of an Hotel!

Breakfast is included in the cost of the room. It is served in the large and beautiful cafeteria on the pool level It is an all you can eat affair and I did just that. I'm giving a special call out to Uriya, one of the managers upstairs. My family and I ended staying late one night at the upstairs lounge and Uriya was very accommodating and nice. We knew we were in the wrong and the staff needed to go home, but he never let on that we had overstayed our welcome. We will not be that inconsiderate next time. Read less

We got a beautiful, big room with a balcony and wonderful views of Hilton beach. The bathroom was also pretty big with a separate shower and tub. I'm not a big fan of bowl sinks though because water splashes everywhere. You can go down to the beach from the basement but ask about the access closing times as twice we had to go the long way to get back to the hotel. We also had lounge access which was at the 12f and you can have breakfast, a light lunch, and cocktails there for free. For a more extensive breakfast spread the cafe at the lower ground floor was pretty great too. The thing they can best improve on is the elevator service. Fro such a big hotel you would think they should have more than 4 elevators. Other than this everything was great! Read less

I have stayed at this hotel so many times over the years. One would think that they would want to make a good first impression when guest first arrive, however, when it comes to service at the front desk, they miss the mark terribly. My room was very nice and I enjoyed it very much. I love the Yakimono restaurant off the lobby. Breakfast buffet is good, with service hit and miss. Great beach location. Read less
