We stayed here for 2 nights while attending medical appointments. The staff were all phenomenal. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Even though we had to check out in the morning, they let us leave the car there until we left later in the afternoon. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and they brought us take out cups so we could take a coffee with us to go. We had our dinner both nights at the restaurant. The food was very, very good with a great selection. The girls that worked the dinner hour were so cute and friendly. They were very attentive to our requests. The rooms were very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Covid restrictions were in place and we felt very safe. We went to the pool which was awesome. The temperature was perfect. It is a beautiful large, well maintained pool and very clean. We have no complaints at all. We had a most enjoyable stay and have already recommended it to other family members who have to go to Toronto in the near future. Thank you Holiday Inn! Read less

I’m currently staying here and I haven’t been having a great experience so far. First night, my room had so many issues I asked for another room, construction has been going on all day with this very loud drilling noise and woke me up, with absolutely no warning at all. We stayed at this hotel during our first year in Canada when we watched the Santa Claus Parade for the very first time. That was eleven years ago. I therefore think its time to do another review of this hotel because our last stay was 11 years ago which was quite a long time. When we first stayed here my main complaint was how small the rooms were and they haven't really changed, they are still small.I think this has one of the smallest Holiday Inn rooms that we have stayed in The only saving grace of this hotel is its location. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest subway station which is good for us since we didn't bring our car. It is also just a few steps away from a large supermarket and several restaurants. You can easily walk and enjoy the different attractions in downtown Toronto because of its accessibility by foot and by subway. Read less

It may have been something in its day but time has taken its toll…along with the care by its housekeepers and their overseers. Small dated furnishings but still charging high value dollars. Honestly disappointed and cannot recommend…from dusty coat rack bar in the closet, closet door off track, strange wires through walls, and paper towels stuffed… Read more
