Hotel is well located, next to Manhattan’s and Brooklyn bridges. From the hotel in Chinatown one can easily walk to lower east side, Bowery, Orchard, Houston street, noho soho grenwich Chelsea…thru Little italy Subway is next to the hotel with direct line to upper Manhattan eg upper west side Central Park Harlem… Rooftop and open terrace on 2nd… Read more

I was treated as a delivery person instead of a guest. Brushed off actually then the hotel false advertised free drinks. Access to a roof top lounge. Good service. Room service. I received nothing I spent 1000 for

Amazing, super polite, super clean, super quiet . Walked out the door, crossed the road to walk over the Manhattan Bridge. Then later strolled around Little Italy, soho Tribeca, all walkable from hotel. We will be back. Thanks for a wonderful stay and relaxing break

My girlfriends and I had an amazing experience. The staff was super friendly and accommodated us with whatever we requested. The rooms were spacious and clean. Rooftop bar and the view was amazing also. Overall a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel!
