Karl welcomed me by name bc he recognized my voice from a previous call I made to ask about parking. Karl was very quick to meet my accommodation request! He made aure there was bottled water in the rooms and make great suggestions on restaurants in the area. I will stay here again when I am in Austin and I am definitely going to be looking for Karl and give him a big hug because he treated us like family and he is welcome to our home anytime. Such a beautiful hotel. I’ve been to the locations in Pittsburgh, Houston, and Jacksonville, this hotel has great service. Karl at the front desk was an amazing help assisting me with finding my room and the best spots to grab a drink and listen to music. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great customer service at the front desk! We arrived late due to flight delays, Mimi was so helpful and courtesy. We appreciated the hospitality and her friendliness. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel. Clean and in a great location.
