The hotel

It’s said that life in San Francisco is best lived on the waterfront. Where better to sample it than at Hotel Zoe, a stroll from Pier 39 and the bay. Wander out and you’ll stumble upon many fabulous shops and eateries, or pop into the hotel’s Italian trattoria for homemade crab ravioli or roasted sea bass. They serve a delicious breakfast too - why not grab a table on the sidewalk and watch as Mason Street comes to life?

Another great stay at Hotel Zoe. Jose was very helpful with questions or requests I had. He was very professional and accommodating. Rodrigo was also very helpful and understanding with a previous reservation I had made. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend this hotel to others visiting San Francisco.

This hotel was fantastic. It is situated in an excellent location within the Fisherman’s warf area. The hotel is manicured and well maintained. We enjoy the outdoor patio space as well. Jose at the desk made all of our wishes come true. Anytime we needed a thing he was there for us. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The happy hour cocktails reasonably priced, from beer, wine and margaritas. Service was impeccable. Ryan our server the first time pleasant as was Robin our… Read more

In the first room, there were some chemicals leaking from the shower. After switching to the second room, we found that the fridge was broken despite being plugged in, causing all our food to spoil, which was disappointing. Additionally, the blackout curtains didn't block light properly, making it difficult to sleep for those like me sensitive to… Read more
In the first room, there were some chemicals leaking from the shower. After switching to the second room, we found that the fridge was broken despite being plugged in, causing all our food to spoil, which was disappointing. Additionally, the blackout curtains didn't block light properly, making it difficult to sleep for those like me sensitive to certain lightning conditions. Also there is a $100 deposit fee per day! Despite these drawbacks, room is pretty cozy and nice, the location is conveniently close to the bay and other landmarks. Read less
