Exceptional stay. Enzo at check in was very helpful. Fastidiously clean hotel. One of the nicest hotel pools we’ve ever enjoyed. 10 minute walk to Pike Place Market and the rest of downtown. Loved the very comfortable beds. Wonderful place to stay in Seattle!

Good location and rooms are clean. More like a best western inside a hyatt hotel. Pool needed to be cleaned and was so cold nobody in my family want d to return and that is why we picked the hotel. Advertised organic cotton sheets and the sheets were some type of non cotton material similar to nylon. We have stayed at best western that met or… Read more

Advertised organic cotton sheets and the sheets were some type of non cotton material similar to nylon. We have stayed at best western that met or surpassed our stay. Daily complimentary water bottles if you ask as well as cleaning. I really don't have time to arrange for my room to be cleaned and get new towels. Every third day room cleaning is offered. A bit of a let down and feeling of bait and switch. Also a $25 daily tourist fee. Read less

Highly recommended this hotel if you are in town to see the city and want a solid value for what you get. A great location, staff, rooms and facilities (pool!) make it a great place to stay. Pros- Location just 3-5 minute walk to Westlake Station which takes you to the airport and has the Monorail, just around the corner from Paramount Theatre if seeing a show and a 25 minute Uber ride to airport (non rush hours times of course!) Staff-welcoming whenever I encountered them, fast check-in/check-out, asked how my stay was/if I needed transportation, etc. Facilities-appreciate the extra security of locked main lobby doors overnight, huge heated pool an nice hot tub Rooms-large, good soundproof windows for street noise, comfortable beds, huge TV, nice coffee and tea amenities Only a few cons-room doors were noisy when closed and I did hear some laughing from the adjacent room at one point. Didn't bother me after 10pm though so didn't affect my sleep; destination fee is much to large for what are mostly useless or standard amenities anymore at hotels Read less
