Considering the price you would expect a luxury hotel. What you get is a tire, run down hotel in a great location. No breakfast included and the $30/ day destination fee felt ridiculous considering it added no value or perks to your stay. I stayed there for 2 weeks, i didnt liked the first room so they changed my room, but i saw 40$ getting added per day in name of room upgrade, in world of hyatt app. Then i talked to reception person, he said its just blocking purpose and when i checkout , amount will be released. I stayed there for 2 weeks, i didnt liked the first room so they changed my room, but i saw 40$ getting added per day in name of room upgrade, in world of hyatt app. Then i talked to reception person, he said its just blocking purpose and when i checkout , amount will be released. But while checkout he denied very rudely saying i never cane to him and talked about this. Because of that i ended up paying 600$ extra for 15 days stay. I never expected this from hotels like hyatt. This hotel is in easy walking distance of Pier 39, great restaurants and ferries. The bar and breakfast are very good and well staffed. The room was clean, well kept and equipped. The view from the room was not very exciting, but that was immaterial. The extra $30 a day charged was excessive and annoying, but everything else was great.

Everything is so unclean, the room looks like a basement. I cannot bear staying in the room for any longer. Toilet doesn’t flush and the elevator was broken. We had to walk to the back where the janitors and custodians are, smelt so bad.
