Rosa is always very friendly, very helpful to us, offering drinks , suggest food.Cooks are making the best ham and cheese omelettes, my son love it. Also we really like two Spanish guys on the reception Jose and another one. I didn't meet them this time, bit I meet them in October, 2021 and they are very friendly and kind. Also the girl ( I have to check her name again) on the reception who meet us last night on January 19, 2022 at 9.30-10 pm. She really help is and explain us everything ,she is very nice and professional and friendly as well.Also the bartender ( Spanish speaking guy) was very friendly and smiling to all guest last night, we like him very much !! Michael and the Hyatt staff were super accommodating when we had a couple timing issues with our program changing. You could tell that the Hyatt staff genuinely cared about our special day and wanted to do everything on their end to make sure we had the most perfect and memorable weekend. Lovely morning buffet with friendly staff- especially server Rosa who greets guests with a warm and sweet demeanor. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to say hello and wish me a good day. This made my trip delay more bearable, even pleasant! Workout room is awesome. Rooms are clean and bed comfortable. Great hotel!
