Room clean, bed soft and a BIG. Good size room for two bathroom lovely with all bathroom extras you need. Microwave and fridge. Great view out the window of the Empire State. Nice breakfast included. Great central position with nice bars and restaurants around . We would definitely stay there again.

Good and central location. Tidy and clean rooms , unfortunately in need of renovation locally. Service is customer-oriented and attentive. The breakfast buffet is absolutely not recommendable! You will enjoy the sufficient space and the kitchen place. Great view from uppper floors

Enjoyed the central location, much calmer than Times Square yet walking distance to all areas including Broadway shows, Chelsea Market, High Line etc. Lots of great restaurants close by.

We started out with Friday night concert tickets at MSG and turned it into a weekend mini vacation. Theater tickets Saturday, exploring lower manhattan, 9-11 museum. We are World of Hyatt members and will always look to stay at a Hyatt property when traveling. Hyatt House Chelsea did not disappoint. From being greeted at reception with a warm welcome, early check in, clean comfortable room, view of the Empire State Building, and great breakfast daily. The service provided by every member of the staff was outstanding. Professional, friendly, ready smiles, we were made to feel like valued guests. Great hotel with lovely views Room was spacious and clean - kitchen was well equipped apart from a kettle which was upon request Breakfast was an added bonus and better than expected Staff were nice and helpful- even lent out umbrellas for our entire stay ( very rainy week)
