We stayed here for 3 nights, and am so impressed with the hotel/rooms and staff. Our room was spacious, functional and spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! The water machine on each floor is so helpful, with sparkling, still and flavoured water available free of charge. The location is perfect, 5 mins from fisherman’s wharf, and a handy Walgreens just across the roads. The only minor (and I mean minor!) issues, the room is a little dark in places and there is some noise from outside/ room above, but they provided complimentary earplugs and those 2 points take nothing away from a great stay. It has exceeded all our expectations! Would recommend and would stay here again. Read less

Wonderful stay. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Always greet you when they see you. Housekeeping also does an amazing job. They really took care of us during our 5 night stay. The theory that she's shrunk lots of restaurants within walking distance, Starbucks is about a 4 min walk. Walgreens across the street if you want to pick up some essentials. Trader Joe's also short walk away. Rooms are very roomy and bathrooms are clean and modern. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing the courtyard and we had no issues with noise. Great location, close to fisherman's wharf and public transport and restaurants. Beautiful and comfortable bedrooms. Friendly staff. Complementary coffee and laundry service for guests. Great value for money. Would be nice if they offered breakfast

Everything we wanted to see/do was in walking/bus distance, and I have to give a special shout-out to JONATHAN RIVERA, who ensured that a tired mom got a bottle of wine at the end of a long day.
