Was lucky to win a 5 night trip to NYC in a competition and this was the hotel in the prize. Very good location a couple of streets from Times Square, with good transport links. Fantastic elevator security and felt secure in the area. Felt safe'ish, but NYC has relaxed the cannabis laws so smell of weed nearly everywhere. Only other gripe was… Read more

Fantastic elevator security and felt secure in the area. Felt safe'ish, but NYC has relaxed the cannabis laws so smell of weed nearly everywhere. Only other gripe was that we were only on floor 5 (4 in England) and I had a view of the back of private apartments and my friend overlooked 8th Avenue, noisy but closed windows silenced that. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again, but would put in special request for higher floor room. Read less

What an amazing hotel! Excellent location. Staff brilliant from the bell boys, reception, security, cleaners. Everyone friendly and helpful. Spotless rooms and communal areas. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast brilliant although busy never waited long for table. 5****
