321 rooms and suites, all with air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker with Starbucks® coffee, complimentary bottled water, iron and board, bathrobes, hairdryer and safe. Standard Rooms are 216 sq ft with 1 king-size or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Club Level Rooms include access to the Club Lounge, and have 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Suites are 440 sq ft and have separate living area, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed, or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Avere Ristorante (Italian menu, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Kimoto Rooftop & Bar (Asian-inspired menu, rooftop restaurant and bar with live DJs in garden terrace, open weekdays for dinner, and weekends for lunch and dinner). Starbucks®. The good things: clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, convenient USB ports, HVAC was quiet all night - no roaring when heat went on and off. Not so good things: there are maintenance issues with toilet, sink, shower, and nightstand. Okay for one night but would not be acceptable for longer. Breakfast needs work. It was free for us but $20 otherwise.it was advertised as an American style buffet. Sausage but no bacon. Scrambled eggs, potatoes and dinner rolls. Muffins quartered so already stale. Only brown bread for toast. Make your own waffles but batter was too thin. Fruit was a few whole apples. Coffee was in an urn with a handmade label that said “hot water”. They had Cheerios and Fruit Loops. They should add bacon, cut fruit, yoghurt, more toast options, maybe some pastries and hard-boiled eggs, perhaps. It would not be hard. Thank you for the pleasant stay at Sheraton Brooklyn NY hotel. I would like to give a thumbs up to Xiao Ping from housekeeping department. She’s very helpful and friendly with great attitude whenever we had any request or need help with items. We had a comfortable stay. Keep up the good work ! Take care.

Service was great, stay was great. Xiao Ping made sure our room was clean and stocked up supplies daily. She offered extra water bottles and toiletries as we requested right away to our room. Definitely will come back and hope we get the same floor so she can clean our room again

I am visiting from Cape Town SA and just had the most awesome cleaning service from Xiao Ping. Since it snowed this morning, I was caught up in the hotel and got to meet Xiao. She was friendly and so happy to assist. I was a little homesick today, so a friendly face was just what I needed. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and centrally located.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Brooklyn New York, and while the service during my stay was excellent, I've encountered a significant issue post-stay that has marred my overall experience. It's been close to five (5) months since my visit, and I am still struggling to receive the refund of my safety deposit. Despite numerous attempts to contact the hotel for resolution, my calls have either been ignored or met with unhelpful responses, giving me the runaround without any concrete solution. This lack of responsiveness and accountability from the hotel management is disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering the otherwise high standards of service I experienced during my stay. Such negligence in handling financial matters and customer concerns significantly undermines the trust and reputation of the Sheraton brand. I hope this review serves as a call to action for the hotel to address these issues promptly and improve their customer service in this regard. Read less
