Nice executive lounge is multi floor in size with snacks, water, and more. Great lounge attendant. Housekeeping on request during Covid. Good location close to walking and running paths. No room service but a few restaurants on site. Check in was slightly painful and kept receiving calls for a different person in my room. Overall would recommend to stay again. Read less

Upon we arrive, the front entrance was busy, the guy looks like directing traffic called a bellman to help us unload, he came to me insist remind me to take care him and to tip the bellman. That makes me feel very uncomfortable which we always take care hotel staffs. The hotel is in great location, parking is little tricky but in downtown I have no complain even charge $63.00. walk through the hotel, it is ok, the gym is nice, but the pool is small. They don't have terrace or roof top to view the city. The room is fine, Since I used my Suite Upgrade Rewards, I got a Riverview room, but the window was so dirty hard to see much outside, very disappointed. Since we arrived on Friday by noon, they told me the Club was closed I asked if I just go get some water, they told me NO, they don't have staff will be locked through the weekend, they even did not acknowledge my Titanium status. After I asked the breakfast option, they finally give me one day (one drink and One breakfast item) from the Link Cafe, which the selection very limited and even I stayed for two nights. Staff very cold, acted like I beg them for the perks. We even did not use the coupon; we ate at breakfast buffet for $26.00/ person, the service was nice there, but the food was ok, no omelets station. The hotel has great access to river walk, we really enjoy that. Overall, the hotel is a nice hotel if the staff and service can be improved it will be much enjoyable to stay. Read less

The staff was great, front desk, bellhop, housekeeping & especially the doorman Nick! We requested a mini-fridge upon check-in & received one right away. Our room was serviced everyday. Our room was clean & recently renovated. We had paid for a river view & felt it was worth it! We ate breakfast 3 times at the bistro & enjoyed the buffet. The staff at the bistro was great also. We also ate once at the Chicago burger company with a table along the riverfront. We had some drinks at the hotel bar & that was nice. The location was good & we were able to walk to some restaurants & shops. We also used either ride share or city cabs. . We used the indoor pool & that was fine. Overall we would recommend this hotel & stay here again if we were to return Read less

Stayed at the Sheraton Grand over the weekend. Checked in early (1PM or so and our room wasn't ready. They had reserved a high floor King for us due to "status" with Marriott. We were ok with a lower floor so they checked us into one an 17 that was fine Good bed, good A/C, nice River view. $20 daily Destination fee is odd. Includes things you can't use or don't want (the gift shop gift is a plastic water bottle or key chain) and the "Link" stuff is EXPENSIVE. $20 barely covered a small bag of jerky and one of popcorn. Prices aren't marked on the items so you have to ask prices to get your "value". We did have lunch at the burger place on site which was pretty good. Lounge is closed on weekends so b'fast for Status folks is a food item and a drink from the Link. Lounge was fair on Monday AM. Watery eggs, no meats, lots of fruit and cold cereals and pastries. 3AM Monday morning found fireworks and racing cars across the river and lots of sirens. Requested a minifridge, we were put on "a waiting list" that we didn't get to the top of. Rooms (at least our room) have a bolted shut old Mini-bar, replacing that with a mini fridge would be a nice service to the visitors Read less
