Very accessible for wheelchair users. Easy to find elevators and access points. The room service and bell hop, when you request it at a specific time is spot on! Thank you!! If you don’t request it in advance can be a while for the food to arrive. Worth planning ahead. We were able to use our $35 food credit. When you check in, they tell you on the hotel map where it’s NOT accepted. So easy to figure out where to go to use your credit. Loved our wrap around suite with 2 separate accessible bathrooms. Towels are thick (which is rare for hotels). I agree with other reviews that there should be a coffee maker in the room. Makes no sense why it’s not available. Only feedback for the hotel is more lighting options in the suite. It’s darkish and very dark. Many good restaurants in hotel. Check out Scarpetti ! Especially if you have food allergies (gluten-free or vegetarian) because they have a special menu for these diets. That restaurant also had an incredibly extensive wine list! Wow! Read less

Considering that everything in Vegas is huge, and some dated, I found this hotel very suitable for my taste. Of course, it´s big but you don´t feel like you are in the subway in Manhattan, and is pretty modern and cool as well. Rooms have decent size, restaurants are great, and the location couldn´t be better.

We visit Vegas several times a year, so every once in awhile, it's nice to forego joining the craziness on the strip ;) This was one of the times we enjoyed the low-key experience. The room was beautiful and spacious -- it was nice to have a his and hers bathroom and closet. The tub was big enough for 2. The views were amazing! We ordered room service, and although the room was not equipped with a microwave, it was furnished upon request. The casino itself had plenty of entertainment. We visited The Barbershop speakeasy and enjoyed the live entertainment. We've always booked different "new to us" hotels on our Vegas trips. There are a few that we visit regularly. The Cosmopolitan made that list. Read less

We booked a wrap around suite and stayed on the 53rd floor. Views were amazing. Had breakfast included within our holiday deal and used the wicked spoon everyday, this buffet style restaurant had everything you could possibly imagine of wanting to eat, selection was out of this world and the staff were lovely. We choose to leave tips directly to the people serving us as opposed to adding to the bill when we went in, this proved to be the best way of thanking the staff as they were truly grateful and remembered you on your next visit. If you don’t have this included in your holiday deal it was around $38 pp. If I ever get back to vegas again I definitely think I would choose to stay at this hotel again, Amazing hotel with lovely staff. Upon entering the lobby from the parking garage, you're met with a modern stylish lobby. As described by some, the hotel is a bit more catered to adults but there were plenty of kids around, most likely due to the Xmas timing. Staff was top notch, from the front desk to the bell hops, to the cleaning staff. They helped accommodate our larger party with connecting rooms where possible and rooms all next to each other. We stayed in room 4334. I won't repeat some of the other reviews but couple of observations - this hotel has a smaller casino floor than other larger hotels but we liked it - didn't feel as daunting. The in room safe is large enough to multiple laptops and a DSLR, even a laptop large enuf to fit a Macbook. One constructive criticism if the hotel staff looks at these reviews - the bathroom counters could use a dish soap to not make a mess. Read less
