Terrace Studio Rooms offers a sub-zero mini-bar stocked with unexpected treats, sliding glass doors opening onto an over-sized private terrace, with either 1 king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Terrace One Bedroom Suite with a Japanese soaking tub, and sliding glass doors opening onto an oversized private terrace. They offer 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Terrace One Bedroom Fountain View Suite is the same as above, with views of the Bellagio fountains.

Wraparound Terrace Suite with a large terrace that has views of the Vegas skyline, 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Was always nice to see that loyalty meant something - but now it's only MGM loyalty they recognize. The city view w/balcony room in the Chelsea Tower (room 3808) was well equipped with sofa, two TV's and king bed (as advertised). Balcony was nice, except other guests were always smoking pot outside. The carpet was threadbare, and the bathroom had yellow water drips on the ceiling from condensation. We usually frequent the restaurants here, but not this trip. We also had better luck at the Paris casino. Best property feature: Location Read less

We are glad we stuck with it. Everything was fantastic including the wraparound terrace suite with a fountain view. The room was clean and well kept with minimal noise. Be sure to mention that you do not want to be near the Marquee night or day club. Your chances are better for a quiet room if you have a fountain view room. Restaurants were also excellent. All around a wonderful stay. Read less

Absolutely perfect. Hotel location is excellent allowing easy access to main attractions on the strip by foot. The hotel itself was also excellent. Absolutely perfect. Hotel location is excellent allowing easy access to main attractions on the strip by foot. The hotel itself was also excellent. I was a bit nervous having read some of the reviews, but barring a few small things it was great. A huge selection of food outlets covering all budgets and tastes. Everything we tried was delicious including the Street food outlets. The service in the hotel was great, nothing was ever a problem. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We stayed on the 18th floor of the Chelsea tower. Our room had a great view of the Bellagio fountains and the strip. And we did not hear any of the reported loud music on any night we were there (Weds-Mon). Small things that could have improved our stay would have been a daily complimentary small bottle of water in the room, pool staying open beyond 5pm, breakfast buffet opening before 8am. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend the Cosmo for couples, families, and mates holidays. Already looking forward to our next trip! Read less

I had never stayed at the cosmopolitan, but I wanted to try out a new hotel for this trip to Vegas. My sister had a deal in her identity, rewards account and said she would book it. She booked three nights and then realized that her account was still under her maiden name. I told her I couldn’t imagine that would be an issue- people get married every day. She wanted to make sure that we had no issues checking in so she called a few days before our trip. The person in reservations said that the name on the reservation would need to match the name on her drivers license. She said she got married. The person she spoke with said that didn’t matter and the names would have to match. My sister was transferred to guest services. The girl in guest services said it wasn’t their issue and she would have to take it up with identity rewards. She was transferred to them. Identity reward said that they could not do anything over the phone, but somebody in guest services should be able to help. She was transferred back to guest services. The same girl who transferred her to identity rewards, gave her a huge attitude and ended up hanging up on my sister. She called back and spoke with a manager who somehow had no idea who could have hung up on her. I told my sister we would just figure it out when we checked in. Luckily the person who checked us in was very kind and couldn’t believe the runaround we experienced for a seemingly very small issue. we checked into our room which was not at all impressive. The carpets were old and faded, the light fixtures were filled with dust in the shower was lackluster at best. The water was either scalding, hot or freezing cold. The showerhead looks like it hadn’t been to scaled since the cosmopolitan opened. The water pressure was nonexistent. A very bad design of this room is the sliding door that closes the bathroom. When the bathroom door is closed, the closet is open when the closet is closed. The bathroom is open. The problem with this design is if someone is in the bathroom with the door closed and someone else is at the closet when the person in the bathroom opens the door they slam it into the person who is at the closet. The blackout curtains were broken and could not be closed all the way. The thermostat would not work properly. I will say that the bed and the pillow was comfortable, but I would not stay here again. We came to check in at The Cosmo & we were so lucky to have Mayra check us in . She listened to our nightmare story about the other resort & was so empathetic and just really turned our stay in Vegas into a negative into a positive . I have come to realize that The Cosmo is my home away from home & no other resort in Vegas compares to the exemplary customer service & the most clean & luxurious rooms around . We have been trying out other properties on the strip but nowhere compares to The Cosmo . We just always feel special when we come here & everywhere you go even in the restaurants is top tier service & food quality . We will continue to be loyal Cosmopolitans ! Read less
