Great hospitality and drinks at the bar - our server Abdul was a gem. He was thoughtful and attentive to our entire group.

Love the Madison, friendly staff, clean rooms and lobby area. Valet was quick, no issues. Abdul the waiter at the bar was fantastic.

Great little hotel, very central. Juan was awesome and helped me find a microwave to heat up my food, which is special dietary. Friendly staff in general, roomy rooms, lively bar with live music some nights. Ask for a room away from the street as that can get noisy. Recommended.

Staff was phenomenal, especially Abdul who graciously waited on us in the hotel bar/lounge - Lady Madison. Hotel rooms were a bit dated and pillows need replacement. Location is great and looking forward to visiting again after the owners do a refresh. Again staff was exceptional.

Olivia was such a Joy! She made every part of our trip so enjoyable and comfortable. Her energy is the reason why my husband and I will return back to the Madison on our next trip. Also, the hotel is perfectly located. 10/10 recommend for first timers in DC
