Abdul’s service was extremely professional and very attentive to our needs. He is a great a asset! Keep him around! I’ll be back just for Abdul. He is very pleasant. We came in at 955pm and continued to take care of us even though he got off at 10!

Abdul’s service in the restaurant was excellent. He went above and beyond while providing service to me during my stay . He was very attentive and was organized while providing service to each table .I recommend this hotel to anyone . Today is the first day of my trip and the staff have been great .

Pictures were sent to the staff and still, the items were not corrected. I have given Hilton WAY to many chances. I’m done. Switching to Marriott. I have contacted their corporate and nothing has been done to improve.

I checked into your hotel on Monday, December 27th to check in your hotel, checking out on Wednesday, December 29th. I was only staying one night and my friend was staying for the full two nights. I made it VERY clear that I was booking on my Amex card and wanted the $100 credit. I gave the front desk my card as well as my drivers license. The woman working the front desk was very off putting and standoffish. I did explain that my friend would be giving his Visa because I was leaving early. She clearly understood. My friend gave his Visa and confirmed not once, but twice that the credit would apply. However, when I got the bill there was no credit. I had to spend over an hour on various calls with your front desk and with Lilliana Felicano trying to get the credit and they initially demanded that I come there and physically give them the card but I was already in VA for a meeting. Did they really expect me to drive back to DC? They also kept asking me if my card was authorized, and I patiently explained that there was no way of me knowing without hanging up, looking at my Amex card app on my phone, and interrupting my meeting further. It was EXHAUSTING. Honestly, at this point I didn't even care about the $100 credit but it was a matter of principle. So I asked Lilliana whether I could sent an email fo the card and suddenly, a light bulb went off but the whole process was really, really terrible. I gave them my card and check in and its not my fault they didn't run it. Your front desk staff really ruins the experience of your beautiful hotel and wasted hours of my time and my friends time. It will be a long time for this Hilton Gold member to stay at a Hilton property. You can do better. Read less
