Trash left in guest room on check in Key card had to be fixed daily to get into room. Outside noise was intrustive and made it hard to sleep. Outside the hotel was dirty and not kept up. Hot water was spotty and would go from burning hot to ice cold

A great location for an enjoyable midtown experience in NYC. The walk from Penn Station was especially convenient. It's also only a few blocks from Hudson Yards. Staff were excellent and the rooms were clean. However, the dimly lit hallways were a bit unsettling.

This is such a cute and clean hotel so conveniently located next to Penn station. My husband and I are traveling with our ten month old and we’re nervous about the sleeping arrangement as she’s not sleeping in a crib or through the night. The only room they had available was a queen size bed and we were hoping for a possible upgrade. Upon arrival the front desk staff was so kind and said they were sold out for the room we were hoping to get. Then the manager, Ronald so kindly upgraded us to a room with two separate rooms- a queen bed and a pullout bed as well as a dining table and kitchen. Also a huge bonus the room had a beautiful view of the Empire State Building. We appreciate and are so grateful, thank you Ronald. We will definitely stay here again. Read less

A surprise in the middle of the city. I'm usually an exclusive Marriott person but when this came up at $150 for night (including breakfast) on our company travel site, I couldn't justify the lowest Marriot at $300 more. Base upon the review I gave it a go and was pleasantly surprised. Check-in was super amazing, fast, and efficient. I had my… Read more
A surprise in the middle of the city. I had my key and on my way in less than five minutes. The concierge stopped me to explain the benefits they had to offer but I was only there for the night for business so I couldn't use any of the offerings (but might return with family). The room was a queen and made good use of every inch of space in the room. it included bed, desk, night stands and a small but ample bathroom. Breakfast was in the attached Tick Tock diner next store and was your typical NY/NJ diner. Coffee was very good as was the service. Security was always on duty in the lobby and made it feel safe. I would recommend this gem to anybody. Read less

Lacked the very basics, no kettle, no fridge!!! Very tired rooms. Windows did not close properly which meant a very cold room. The shower made a horrendous noise every time it was used. The tap also fell off regularly! They even charged to store two suitcases for two hours on our last day. Customer Service generally was very poor. Would never stay… Read more
