576 suites on 38 floors in 3 buildings with 5 lifts per tower. All with air-conditioning, 42" flat-screen HDTV, complimentary WiFi access, iHome clock radio, safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making facilities, fully equipped kitchenette, dedicated seating area, and luxurious bathroom with whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. 

Signature Deluxe Suites with 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Deluxe Balcony Suites and Deluxe Balcony Strip View Suites are the same as Deluxe Suites, with the addition of a private balcony. 

One Bedroom Balcony Suites and One Bedroom Balcony Strip View Suites are 900 sq ft with a full kitchen, spacious living room, private balcony, and master bedroom with deluxe king-size bed and 2 luxurious bathrooms, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

Delights (gourmet delicatessen, open for all day dining). Starbucks®. The Lounge (bar). Additional restaurants and bars at MGM Grand. 

Live shows, DJ sets, and performances at MGM Grand including Cirque du Soleil.

Heated pool complex within each tower (seasonal). Poolside cabanas*. Two 24-hour fitness centre's. Additional facilities at MGM Grand including: Wet Republic, Grand pool complex, spa*, Topgolf*, and a casino.

Complimentary WiFi access (included in resort fee). Complimentary valet parking (self-parking is available at MGM Grand). Concierge. 

This hotel has a resort fee of $42 plus tax per room, per day (payable locally, subject to change).

Yall can keep those on the strip hotels with the line around the corner for check in and the loud crowds. The signature is attached the MGM Grand but there are no loud crowds and the rooms are clean and nice. The staff are nice and respectful. I just like that there are no lines for a taxi and it’s quiet

We have been coming to the Signature since 2006, and it never fails to impress. The young lady that checked us in (Sunday 5/5/24) was friendly and professional. We have been coming to the Signature since 2006, and it never fails to impress. The young lady that checked us in (Sunday 5/5/24) was friendly and professional. Our room was ready within a couple of hours (we arrived early). The room was clean, everything worked properly and we had a wonderful 5 night stay. We will absolutely be back again. PROS: -Clean quiet property, but a short walk to the "action" -Very secure, they have a security guard at the elevators checking that only guests access the rooms -Location is attached to the MGM grand via an indoor walkway. We are in our 60s and could make the walk in less than 10 minutes - Bell staff and valets were attentive, we did not check a car in, but they got us cabs quickly. - Starbucks in the lobby for the early morning pick me up - Well equipped gym for guests only. CONS: Not much to mention. We paid for guaranteed early check in, and they were unable to accomodate this. We were refunded the cost of this. It turned out to be the only real issue we had all week. I would suggest that they remove the work "guaranteed" from the early check in option- it did give me an expectation that was not met. Again, we will absolutely be back, we had a great time.
